Alana is such a talented and passionate teacher, the space is beautiful, it's filled with real people, and the class options are suitable for all levels. If you're into more of a fitness style yoga, you won't be disappointed. This little community has been such a great find - come join us!

As a beginner, stepping into InSync is a breath of fresh air. The studio is a welcoming, safe and energising space with classes to suit all bodies and levels. Alana is very knowledgeable and supportive and I leave her classes feeling totally blissed out!
