I stopped by the store today and was amazed at Mia’s service. She was very friendly and had a lot of patience with my autism. I usually struggle to talk to strangers but she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. If she hasn’t received a pay rise she definitely deserves one. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of shoes.

If the management is reading this, you cannot let this staff go. Mia served me while I shopped at Hype Harbourtown. Excellent customer service and great help. She surely deserve a raise if she already dint get one lately. Your survey on the Eftpos machine doesn’t serve the purpose, she is a perfect 10 where you can’t score her more than 9.

First time coming here didn’t even know it existed the staff weren’t very good at all just ignoring customers again very uncomfortable feels sadly

Just an advise to all, keep your eyes open when paying for your shopping from this shop as you may end up getting ripped off at the counter by getting overcharged by them.

Wish I could give them 0 star, Female manager on duty today (9-10-2022) was trying to rip me off by overcharging for the pair of socks. When I took a pair of socks and about to pay for it at the counter she told me they are not $37.99 , it's been wrongly marked and their actual price is $40 when it clearly says $37.99 as showing in the picture.

I told her that that's not my fault and the item should be sold at the ticketed price, she blatantly refused to sell pair of socks for ticketed price.

When I took another pair of same socks and noticed that they all (about 10 of them) says retail price of $37.99.

Her lame excuse was that she need to get price updated on all socks.

I spent about 30 mins in the shop and none of the price on any pair of socks have been changed to $40 and they all were still showing $37.99 before I left the shop.

Female Manager works at that place is in wrong profession and should be sacked. She has no clue how retail works in Australia and knows nothing about customer service.She's unfit to work, has no common-sense whatsoever.

I know it's only $2 but for me it's about principles and that lady has no work ethics or moral principles whatsoever.

On a positive note female staff and a male staff service was helpful.

No shoes in clearance sale actually present in store, even just to try on for a fit to purchase online
