It was a pleasure to do business with Blair at the Burleigh Heads store.
He was very professional and all of our questions were answered. Lots of advice on choosing handles, locks and glass thus covering things we hadn't thought of. My husband insisted on 'three quotes'...our first stop proved uneventful as we wandered around a well known door supplier trying to get useful information. Second stop Door City and we were so impressed with the service and Blair's friendly manner we went no further.

After paying a deposit, the door installer, Chris, visited to confirm measurements. A few weeks later, Chris installed the door in a day and we are very happy with the completed product! Well my wife and I had a problem obtaining a tradesman to supply and install a new front door, so we decided to call in at Door City Gold Coast and so glad we did as Blair Harris ( store manager) could not have been more helpful . His knowledge and service is second to none. We wanted our job completed as soon as possible and Blair said he would do his best and he did ! New door fitted and looks great , new screen door fitted and also looks great. The installers were very particular and we are very pleased with the finish. Had a great experience using Door City Burleigh Heads. Blair went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and provided us with exemplary service. On the day of fitting, Chris was prompt and did a fantastic and precise job fitting our new door, glass and frame. The new door looks great and has really helped the street appeal of the house. Not only was their service excellent, but their price was very reasonable and the product was far better quality than their more expensive competitors. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for reasonable price and great quality.

I highly recommend Door City! Blair is professional, extremely prompt and friendly and has been fantastic at keeping us in the loop re the production of our new wooden sliders! The end product was better than we imagined!! Great value too when comparing to the market.
