This branch is poorly managed. Only ever 1 attendant and wait in a line for minimum 15min. How convenient is the change machine that is constantly empty. For the size of this local branch, and that it's in the middle of surfers paradise I'd expect far better service.

Extremely poor customer service. I am already a disgruntled customer who has closed their account and is still be charged fees. Coming into the bank to resolve my issue and I am having to jump through hoops

Atm machines are faulty and eat your money on deposit with no receipt.
Staff are helpful at first then turn sour.

The after hours door is always broken you can not access the after hours ATM's or change money to coins.
It has been broken for many months, has anyone been able to access the ATM's or change machines after hours?

Too long waiting inside the branch! The customer service at the tellers isn't the best either,but "credit where credit's due"at least the coin machine is handy but the change it dispenses although it's quicker doesn't have the change as I need it-comes in a certain way & doesn't seem to give you notes with it-just coins!

Rude and judgmental!!

The way this branch treated my brother and i was appalling!

My brother was unable to access hes funds
Even know i explained that he has a medical condition and needed to buy hes medication.

The manager had no compassion and did not care.

We had provided a pension card, medicare card and even offered to get income statements ect.. for more ID
But he absolutely refused all because my brother didn't have photo ID

Now my brother is at risk of throwing a fit and ending up in hospital.
Because he refused to let my brother withdrawal hes OWN money!!

Been in there twice now to open an account and have been turned away both times. Don't bother to go there they are hopeless.
