Liquorland Benowa Village

This is my local, I have been going here for years. Seen staff come and go over time, but one thing always remains the same. Consistent customer service. It’s fantastic, I always feel welcome, am addressed by my name and asked about my day, to which I reciprocate.
I can’t say enough nice things about this store and the team. Keep up the good work and Thankyou. 🙂

Love the new signage! I like this for its easy location and that fact that they support local Gold Coast Gin distillers like White Oat. And even more excited to see my favourite of theirs the Mango gin. It is an absolute winner. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Jasmine was Amazing.
Helpful not pushy, polite when asking my granddaughter for ID.... we had a laugh and then when I was putting my box in the car I noticed she had put something between the bottle to stop them clanging together which I really appreciated......

I had a particularly unusual and bad day when I decided maybe buying wine might be an idea. Scott came right over and asked if there was anything he could help with and I joked about my bad day. He was so genuine and I wasn’t looking for a conversation just a wine but conversation I was offered. Scott was interested in a genuine and understanding way. He seemed so real when he said “you’ve had a bad day the last thing I want to do is send you home with a wine you won’t enjoy” with a look of pressure on his face. Of course I laughed and said it’s the last thing on my mind. He served other customers and came back to his interest in my day and it was just what I needed. It wasn’t too much and it was quite the opposite to too little. I was so blown away with his above and beyond customer service I felt he needed to be recognised for the way he improved my day/week.
