Went with family for a late Saturday lunch. Every dish was amazing especially loved the Tiramisu. Service was great and speed of the food was quick too. Will definitely come back to try the other pasta dishes!

Went here with a few friends from New Zealand, one our friends has been here before and she highly recommended this place, and I totally agree, food, beer, wine and service was amazing. All dishes were fresh authentic and had wow factor. yummy, will definitely be back!!!

The pastas took me back to Italy. Thai is genuinely a whole in the wall style family Italian joint that you should not miss checking out.

After years of walking past this restaurant, I finally made my way to I Maccheroni, and it's undeniably one of the best Italian restaurants in Sydney. The pastas were a revelation, delivering on both flavour and a surprisingly light touch. The extensive wine list and impeccable service added to the overall experience. So impressed were we that we promptly booked our friend's birthday lunch upstairs. I can confidently say this spot lives up to its reputation as one of the best in Sydney.

I Maccheroni falls within my top 3 favourite Italian dining spots in Sydney. Everything was perfection, fresh, homemade and full of flavour. It was a very authentic experience that left me, and others wanting more. I highly recommend!

The boar ragu and the cheese wheel pasta was quite good. Very good by Sydney standards.

There was only one issue, however: their tortellini with porcini and truffle is to absolutely DIE FOR!

We also had the bread served with olive oil and balsamic. Bread was ok but their balsamic is really really good.

The service was attentive though the food was a bit slow.

The singular negative I can think of is the serving sizes but considering the quality, compromise worthy! You'll love it!

Dining at I Maccheroni was a wonderful experience. The service was great, the atmosphere was cosy, and the food was excellently prepared, and of a high standard. We had the tortellini, arancini and cabbage salad. I highly recommend all three.

Absolutely loved our visit! The food is amazing and the service just as good! The overall vibe is very cool and I will definitely be back.

A small and cute Italian restaurant. The interior was elegant but very cosy. The food was all very yummy. We especially like the cheese wheel spaghetti, it was divine! Most of their dishes are creative and absolutely delicious. We are definitely going to go back and try the other dishes! Parking can be difficult around that area and there is no disability access to the restaurant.

Very much enjoyed our lunch here. I had read some good reviews so was interested in trying. The food was very good - we ordered the lemon tagliolini vongole which was excellent ;light, zesty and the pasta was Al dente. The ricotta gnocchi with lamb was tasty but a bit heavy. Fortunately we asked the chef to not any extra butter as it would have been even more heavy. The dessert was a ricotta tiramisu- I personally prefer mascarpone rather than ricotta although this was pretty good -and not overly sweet which I liked. Overall very enjoyable.

First came across the team at a private event and a week later felt compelled to go to the restaurant in person to confirm what I already thought was top class Italian. I wasn't disappointed. Couldn't fault it and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Best Italian restaurant we've been too. The food was delicious and having the three courses left us full. The atmosphere was great and the waiters were always walking past checking if our table needed anything. Found this restaurant by accident and so glad we did. Highly recommend.

We had the most exquisite dining experience at I Maccheroni. A beautifully furnished restaurant with an authentic menu of Italian classics, a diverse wine list and superb service from the entire wait staff. Tables are seated quite close together, so you do feel very close to your neighbours, so much so that you could join in their conversation!

My partner and I booked for our first anniversary dinner. We were greeted with a Happy Anniversary, which was nice. We got good recommendations on wine and even menu choices. Our meals were fantastic! Service was great and the overall experience was well worth it. We will be return customers!

This is my go-to for a low key but sophisticated business dinner. It's never too loud and upstairs can take a table of 15. Get the set menu and the food just comes and its all very tasty. They don't seek to kick you out and they have a wine list that offers a good range for all budgets.

My husband and I booked last minute to this restaurant to celebrate a victory, and we were not disappointed! The food was divine, wine list was fabulous (we had 'il clown Nebbiolo') and service was quick. We really enjoyed our meal, and it was close to our accommodation (the Hughenden Boutique Hotel) so it was simply perfect for us! Note: we spent a lot on the wine, the food was a good price.

This gem of a small intimate restaurant is a treat. The food and wine is exceptional. The staff are so helpful and friendly and accommodating to dietary requirements. Also very good value for money if you choose the tasting menu. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you to all the staff
