The Henchman

Love this place, especially because I love dogs and it's very dog friendly. It's a great place to hang, good for brunch, good for an arvo beer too, it's versatile and there's often live music! It's big but cosy at the same time. Good for groups but we enjoy it as much when we just go as a couple.

Came here for Hottest 100! Vibes were high and food and drinks were delightful. Loved the cocktail options and cheese board 😍

We had our wedding reception in there 'backyard' function area, everything was really well organised, from the initial grazing plate, to food being brought out throughout the night and private bar. Tallulah and team kept the night relaxed and stress free just how we wanted it.

We didn’t eat here so I can’t rate the food but we spent a few hours on Sunday afternoon enjoying a great atmosphere and a couple of guitarists banging out some great acoustic tunes. This will now be a regular place for us

Wonderful eclectic funky comfortable bar/pub with food, live entertainment and lots of atmosphere. Great friendly staff who look like they enjoy working here. We had an excellent afternoon with friends. Cheers

What an absolute pearl this place is. Had a business meeting yesterday and ordered the special. A cheeseburger and fries OMG. Taste, presentation and quantity was 10 put of 10. Came here today and accidentally ordered 2 lots of the special chicken wings OMG, best of breed. Had a look at the menu, wow, something for everyone and then some. we’ll priced and ample servings. The staff are amazing. It’s nice to be surprised in my old age :-) Keep it up guys. ✊🏻✊🏻✌🏿✌🏿🙏🙏

We hosted an event here in the back garden for 80 people and we had a great time. The venue was very accommodating to our requests and the night went smoothly.

I liked the fact that because our event wasn’t catered, the attendees could easily buy their own food and drink through a QR code on the table or at the bar. Heaters and blankets were setup for the cold evening, and there was space for us to put up a flower wall.

We will use The Henchman for our next event!

Found this place by accident when we drove past. Trendy little place serving really lovely food and great coffee. It has heaps of seating and most in the shade which is great. My only note was that i prefer back bacon but thats not a complaint.

Good location and great atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating, even a couple of beautiful timber swings. Lots of board games to keep the kids happy. Coffee was good as were the smoothies. Only had avo smash while there but it was yum. Heaps of parking, Good access and friendly staff.

Such a cool cozy place, coffee are great, food are yummy. Pet friendly.

Their acai smoothie are amazing.

The Henchmen have it all sorted with fast service, a online ordering system so you can get anything you want when you want. I ordered oysters and they where really good and the price was amazing and I couldn't believe it 😲. The atmosphere was great and a wicked spot to meet up with friends and family. Well set up and will be back for sure. Keep it up🤘🤘🍻🍻

Highly recommend this cool venue. Great attentive and friendly service. The açai bowl was fresh, generous and bursting with flavour. My partners scrambled eggs were creamy, accompanied by perfectly cooked salmon. The coffee was nothing short of outstanding-yes coming from Melbourne coffee drinkers! Loved the surroundings and cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our experience here this evening. Great environment , spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and prompt. Ordering from our phone makes your selection less stressed than having a busy waiter looming over you needing you to make a quick choice.

I would not hesitate to say The Henchman is the best cafe/ restaurant in the area. A Fantastic experience to be had while venturing back into the pre-post covid world. Well done and very well executed!! I think that one would never get bored here as there are a variety of environments you can sit at everytime you visit. We will be back and endorsing this place!!

Very charming. Great place with nice outdoor spaces and a cool old building. Look forward to returning for some live music. Great vibes.

It’s like an old house, First time here for a coffee went on a Friday about 10.30, parking out front, probably needs a bike rack, we locked ours to the fence, plenty of seating, looks like a band ready to play tonight, waitress was friendly and explained how to use the remote tablets as they don’t take direct orders, Fairly strait forward. Probably need to be sanitised each time a different user, it’s a neat place with nice umbrella outdoor seating on benches and wooden tables, seating Inside. Had two coffees in a mug $10. Excellent coffee and presentation and fast service. I will be back. #miike2000 Back again on 24 October 2020 around noon with Mum, we took our little dog, ordered chook sandwich and Mum had the steak sandwich, very nice, probably the best we have had for a long time, highly recommend. With one latte cost $38.

I took my little boy here for a morning after his swimming class (!), as it was nearby and I hadn't tried it before. Although it was a little more adult oriented, the staff were really lovely, the outdoor eating area has a GREAT feel, and I was aching to have one of their cocktails (I didn't, but they looked great). First was great. No negatives at all. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I could of taken a quarter of a star off ( not seriously) just for a few things. I was little distracted with the swings that were near our table. Kids were playing on them and while I endorse family/ pet friendly places 100%, I wondered about them falling or hitting someone. However if we had been seated elsewhere I would not of noticed.

My breakfast came (just alittle bit of a wait) and looked delish! I just felt it lacked (please get my context) a very very slight lack of pumpkin flavour, nothing that a squeeze of pepper didn't fix. Overall it was yummm and will definately have it again.

This place was busy and totally embracing and compliant with all the covid 19 restrictions. I felt for the people that they were turning away both from their disappointment, and the business loss for the Henchman owners.

Super cool vibe, love the outdoor area and dog-friendly environment. Lots of fun for a drink at night.
