Friendly staff, very helpful, better than shopping at a big shopping centre

A great place to shop it is a bit out of the way so much quieter and quicker than other supermarkets especially if you only need a few things you can be in and out very quickly and also has a bottle shop and takeaway food shop with great hamburgers in the plaza it is in.

A very clean,well stocked shop and helpful staff,l would shop here again.We were still impressed by knowledgeable staff and polite.Good value pleasant staff.There is a need for more parking,,if you go there in between school times it is easier to park.There are more products that have lower prices.

Love shopping here it's nice and central .maybe that's why it's Banora Central :) 🙂

Pretty busy for Sunday but most of what we wanted was there and was pleased to see several full service checkouts open. Nice!

I love shopping at my local Coles it's just near home, excellent food variety and so fresh, the staff are beautiful friend people and I'll be back there again soon 👍

For years I shopped at the Coles opposite McD because it was close. But I honestly hated going because half the staff were so rude or aggressive. I've been coming here for ages now almost a year . It is so wonderful to walk into a store and see smiling staff and actually greet me with smile and a good morning. I feel safe I'm not afraid of being yelled at . They are so willing to help and if they see lines building up they open more tellers. Wow.. please keep up the great customer service. Thank you for employing staff that are polite and kind and want to interact with customers.

Years I shopped at another (close by)Coles and dreaded interacting with the staff . I had nearly switched to Woolworths but gave this place a chance ... So happy I did. Been coming here for over a year now and the staff are consistently helpful. They smile and say hello, they are polite, all staff, not just the older staff are professional and if they see a lineup growing they open checkouts. .. Aunty says 5/5 keep up the great work

Ok so what can one day about Coles that someone else doesn't already know. As usual a peaceful shopping experience and they always have what you know is there. The shelves are always well stocked and neatly packed. The fresh produce is section is also up to the highest possible standards. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Clean, tidy, stacked nicely, the staff are always helpful, on the check out they are young and cheery, They make u feel welcome, and off course parking is a breeze, the little precinct really it is all there for you, Call it the necessities of life, Yes Thanks Coles Banora, 100 per cent. Months later, my husband passed away, the staff at Coles Banora were great, hey we didn't go shopping there often, they were and are the best. Christmas, at the Deli,Don Champane ham was just out of this world, and the size, it went way over the edge of my plate, and off course the seafood salad, the staff at the deli are so accommodating, as the staff in the isles are even the person who has the big sweeper and collects the empty cartons, the check out people are just great too, Hey I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else, in the little alcove, coles and Blooms the chemist which is a huge shop and u can get a coffee in the precint, did I say plenty of parking. Hey Coles Banora keep up the good work, and thankyou for being special, I wish u one and all the Best and Happiest New Year 2019

Compact Coles store servicing the West Banora area in a small complex with a few other shops. Quite a nice store with the usual choice of products. Plenty of outdoor parking including some covered.

Not much crowded place, also having good parking space

Excellent team running this store, always clean and very organised. Highly recommended.

Usually busy but enough registers & self service registers to make it easy.Good deli & plenty of stock on the shelves.

Since I have moved up here from Sydney, the Cole's here have been great I wish I worked there

Always shop here, have virtually every thing I need to makes nice meals & often the food I'm after is half price or well discounted.

Its me local always plenty of fruit and vegie staff are lovely and helpfull up there with the best got me dr pepper here too and me little tomatas
