Best fish and chip shop on the coast.
The Greek salad is an absolute must. Definitely try out the calamari, light and fresh. Or their Garlic and Herb grilled fish slaps. Well done guys. Will be back next week!!

One of the best and freshest fish and chips. Doesn’t feel too oily. Fish Burger was one of tastiest fish burger i had in Australia. If am in Gold coast again, i would eat from this place day night. Though prep took long time.

Moved from NZ recently so have a strong background in fush and chup consumption. One of the best fish and chip shop meals we have had. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. We’re fans!

They no longer do dine-ins. That’s a waste.

The team is so hospitable, first name basis service, always with a big smile. The food is just excellent, classic hot chips as they should be and excellent fresh fish every time.

I don't often leave a review, but respectable institutions like this deserves to be known about. This has to be the best Fish and Chip shop on the Gold Coast. I am particular on some of these more traditionally humble, laid back meals maintaining humble, laid back prices.

The prices are very competitive. Hamburger with extras, $10, and it's really good. Infact, all burgers are cheap, and all burgers are so darn tasty.

The fish is great, from a simple cheap cut to a more premium cut, they are good, size fillets with great batter and great quality chips.

The food and the prices make this feel more than a business but an institution. It's no suprise they have won awards.

Will gladly go back. The food was fresh and delicious. I had fish'n'chips and the photo doesn't do it justice. It was delicately crumbed and lighty fried - didn't feel oily - and had a great crisp texture. Chips had a wonderful crunch. The seafood salad was excellent. Overall a great meal and served promptly The venue seems popular with the locals, with a steady stream of people ollecting their lunches and the guys behind the counter greeting them by name. There's a very small number of tables and the staff were accomodating by suggesting we combine 2 tsingle tables to fit our party of 3. Great seafood; great staff. Well recommended.

Established in 1972. This fish and chips/fishmonger. Grills an awesome salmon. That with an awesome Greek salad. Not sure if they are Greek but the feta was amazing cherry tomato’s and dressing was the best I have ever had. 😋

food without a doubt slaps. i ate there multiple times, and the fish, bacon burger, steak sandwich and chicken snitzel burger are amazing. not only are the standards high, but the prices are low. simply one of the best places to eat in the goldie

Superb plce.. only do take out.. the fresh oyster is fresh, the fish and chips is nice.. close on Monday, open 10am…

Amazing blokes. Amazing sea food. Amazing burgers. As long as I'm around the Gold Coast I'm coming here. Price is more then fair.

I put a good mate of mine onto this place a week or so ago and he is very picky and likes top quality and will quickly tell U what he thinks. He just rang me and said "f.. U were right,. They do make a mean burger, I will be going there regularly!" #hugestatement. Me myself I've been eating there for as long as I can remember. Always top class and Wazza & Frank are absolute gold. U will be stretched to find a better burger anywhere on Australia! All their food is off the map. Gold thru and thru!

Really? 5 stars, either pretty desperate or not knowledgeable about seafood. Only having just started working up the road from this joint i thought I'd give it a go. Never going back. Took so long to get order then when I get to work i open my 2 small containers of seafood cocktail sauce only to find both different colours. One tasted like vinegar and the other so spicy couldn't eat it then I had more crumbs than calamari given how small they were, could of gone to maccas for a better meal. DISGUSTING

Very impressed with Luke taking the time to personally text me regarding my review and I have had a total change of heart just because I was told to go back to the shop and get another order which ended up being absolutely scrumptious, absolute great customer service for having done this and following up a review of course I have already forgotten the 2 lovely men that work there who provided me with an apology with a smile, needless to say I am going back there today for more. Thank you Luke and all the lovely staff there.

Best fish and chip shop on the Gold Coast. I now live 20 minutes away and it's worth the drive.
No eftpos. Limited seating but it's 50 metres away from a little park on water.
