Sushi Cafe

I really like it here. It has a semi outdoor area that is cool and quiet. The food here is extremely well priced and delicious. The service was very good and the server was very friendly. Will definitely be making this a regular stop.

We've been coming here to the Sushi Cafe weekly for several years, and have to say, it is our favourite Japanese restaurant on the Gold Coast!

The staff are all so friendly and lovely, warm and welcoming, the ambience is cosy and comfortable, and the food is DELICIOUS!

Over the years we've tried a wide variety of meal options from Teriyaki Kingfish and Salmon to Vegetable Tempura, and Prawn and Scallop Ceviche to Lotus Root Chips (warning - addictive!), and Prawn Gyoza, Mushroom Cutlett to an array of scrumptious sushi options.

As a huge sweet tooth, the new addition of chocolate cake with ice cream has made me VERY happy! This chocolate cake is AMAZING. It is the lightest, fluffiest cake I've ever had, and I could eat it all day!

We will always come back here! Such a gem of a restaurant just down the arcade on the main road of Chevron Island.

This place is excellent. Food very good, BYO, good prices, non pretentious. Weds night special is a 4 course meal with choice of mains for $18. We had 2 x Miso, Dim Sim, 1 x Udon noodles with beef, 1 x Udon with tempura prawn, 2 x ice cream desert. Very highly recommended.

Great sushi, the chef even custom made new sushi for me to suite my daughters dietary requirements. Highly recommend

The service and food were excellent, I had a portion of takoyaki and a sake cocktail, both excellent. I would definitely eat here again.

Our favourite restaurant. So good place, so nice atmosphere, so good decorations, so calm and so nice and kind staff. The food is super yummy and the desserts are amazing. And it’s the first restaurant in Australia for us, where is not extremely cold inside. We love this place and we will definitely coming here often :)

Perfect place to try some authentic japanese cuisine with some sake or plum wine.

Food is extremely delicious. I have never eaten such delicious sashimi in my life.

Furthermore, udon and sake are excellent choices. I drank 10 bottles with my friends and I am really satisfied about this.

The service staff is extremely cute, they care and take care of customers extremely well. In particular, they are very friendly and ready to assist you when needed.

What not to like great value and tasty meals. We have tried the Wednesday special 4 course deal all been very good. Helpful friendly staff too. Lovely cool garden feel terrace with enough space between tables. Enjoyable experience.

This shop still opening guys. So nice and the food very yummy. I saw in Facebook said they permanent Closed- but not true. Should be someone do bad thing make this restaurant trouble 🫢. I love foods there. You should come and enjoy. Nice boss nice staff ☘☘☘☘.

The food in this place is beyond amazing! I recently discovered this little gem through recommendation and every dosh I've had has been fresh, tasty and just moreish. The staff are so nice and the prices are great! Love love love ! Must do

Hidden Gem. Awesome customer service super polite. Food was amazing and was fairly priced. Definitely recommend a visit. Also very accommodating for our young toddler.
