On Time, On Budget ! Doesn't happen that often these days - but Adele and Mark at Nuspace just made things happen, and happen right. We did a complete wall to wall, floor to ceiling reno at our 3BR Gold Coast apartment and we couldn't be happier with our choice of primary contractor.

From first contact and design/quote through finish & fixture selections followed by site work (in our home), subcontractor management, security, etc, Nuspace were friendly and professional. Just had a 2nd floor, full Bathroom renovation completed. The experience from quote , to design, to work being carried out was 5 star. Being 1st time bathroom renovators meant we changed our minds a few times, Adele was very patient. Aaron was our leading hand, always keeping us informed, keeping things moving to the schedule; he is not a bad plumber either ;-). Thanks to the whole crew, who tore out the old, installed the new and tidied up at the end of every day. Congratulations on your professionalism.

We first met with Mark, who listened to what we were looking for, gave us his honest feedback about whether certain things were worth doing / would achieve what we were hoping for, and created floor plans for our remodeled ensuite, new powder room and remodeled laundry room that were better than we'd hoped for. Adele then spent countless hours guiding and assisting us with the design, from choosing floor and wall tiles to cabinet colours to sinks and tapware to stoneware (and more), and, like Mark, listened to what was important to us, what we liked and didn't like - all with an incredible amount of patience. Aaron then took the lead in turning the plans into reality, and expertly led the crew through all of the renovation works. Aaron was not only incredibly polite, courteous and friendly, but also went above and beyond to ensure that he kept us updated on the status of the works and next steps. Even on long days, Aaron always had a smile and good humour.

I recently had my laundry updated and a new kitchen and downstairs toilet room fitted by Nuspace Homes. They were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad I took their advice.

Adele and Mark were absolutely fantastic from the initial enquiry I made online to refit our laundry (with very limited details for Adele to go off) and Adele responded very quickly with a drawing and proposal of layout etc then answered a million of my questions and rearranged the plan accordingly providing options for us to decide on, even designing a custom cabinet to house our cat’s litter robot.

Adele then opened the showroom for us on a Saturday to ensure we could attend and pick out finishes. Mark was then on site multiple times checking measurements and ensuring everything went well. He oversaw the entire project and all trades in my home. He was very accommodating and finished our entire laundry refit in one day to an outstanding finish.

The finished product is exactly what we were hoping for and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Nuspace again for some future projects. I have already recommended Nuspace to friends and family.
