I've been in here many times and I've had good service on every occasion, even when they have been busy.

Staff have been pleasant to deal with and this is becoming one of my go to places to look for shoes for my family.

I was served by Chael today and wanted to thank her for being so kind, helpful and informative to me whilst I was in the store.

Had some questions about a pair of converse my daughter was interested in. Matt was pretty good at explaining about the difference between the height & which one would suit her better. Great price & shop was neat & tidy.
Bit cheeky asking for an email address to send an electronic receipt but what it is is to sign you up for their Rewards program. It’d be better if they train their staff to just say it’s for a reward program.

Found older models. Only one or 2 pairs of NewBalance were a good bargain. Overall, the sale of 50% not as it should be.

I'd give them 5 stars as the staff is mostly decent and I have had great bargains here. The only reason for 2 stars is that they have become a bit greedy. They no longer have their last pairs on special or any decent footwear on special, except a few random bits whom no one would buy anyway. That too on not a very good price.
Customers don't go to DFOs to pay near full price. They need to learn from Nike, Asics etc in the same center.

The inputting for shoes in this shop all seemed to be the ugly leftovers, all pretty much retail prices too

I bought Windsor smith sneakers from here. And it’s just been a month and it’s already worn out. I paid $129.99 to wear just for a month. Poor quality!! Never going to buy from this place!!

The female staff member at the counter was pretty much in her own world checking her phone and avoiding eye contact. We asked if we could get my kids shoe measured and was turned away and said "we dont do that here". Ended up going to converse and bought three pairs and gave a five star review.

To the fyshwick franchise owner/manager: if you want to increase sales volumes, suggest making sure the customer's needs analysis is done properly so that they could increase their sales per customer. Nextdoor (Converse) do it beautifully and we even did multiple unit purchases at Converse.

Walked in to try and buy my first pair of Timberlands. I tried on a pair that I liked after being told it was on sale for $149. After scanning the shoes at the counter, the gentleman realised they weren't on sale - which is fine, we all make mistakes.

One would hope for a degree of leniency in this kind of situation, but after conferring with the manager they weren't willing to do any better than retail price (which is weird given other Timberlands were on sale).

Thanks for letting me try them on at lest because now I know I they fit, Ill just get them online instead.

Absolute disgusting customer service. The store was trashed, shoes everywhere all over the floor. Not once have I ever been treated with such disrespect in my life. The whole store needs their employees changed asap.

Appalling -beware! Sell products they don't stand by. Heavy industry CAT branded business leather boots started falling apart after 8 months of school teaching. Drove 30 minutes each way to be told by the manager it was my wide feet that had caused it (yet my Asics runners go up and down Mt Taylor multiple times a week and are still going after 12 months) and she washed her hands of it. Despite clearly stating that my email would be used only to send a digital receipt, the store has used my email address and personal information to sign me up for advertising.

This goes against the Australian Spam Act, and as such I will be filling a complaint to the acma.

Long story short, don't trust what the sales people at this store tell you, as they're full of it.

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to find out they labelled the shoe wrong and was $99 instead of the $69 they had it labelled as.

Worst staff. Would not recommend going into the store.

Rude!!! I called up to ask if they had a certain shoe is store and the guy that answered was so rude! Said ohh what are we a shop front a call centre!!! What else are we!!
