I had a very good time in this centre. Jodi the nurse is an amazing person! Professional, friendly and fun, she puts you at ease and takes care of you with love, you feel cared for like a mother would. Doctor Nora is very kind, sensitive and ready to listen to you. The girls at the reception are also always very kind! Definitely 5 stars for this center! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving an iron infusion, and I must say, Judy's professionalism and efficiency truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, her warm demeanor put me at ease.

Judy's ability to multitask seamlessly while still providing personalized care was impressive. Despite being busy, she made sure to address any concerns I had and kept me informed throughout the process.

Not only was Judy quick in administering the infusion, but her expertise was evident in every aspect of the procedure. Her attention to detail and focus on patient comfort were truly commendable.

Overall, Judy's dedication to her profession and genuine kindness made what could have been a daunting experience, a pleasant one. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you, Judy, for your exceptional service!

After having some health problems in Victoria and arriving back to the Gold Coast it was difficult to find a good Dr.
The moment I met Dr Bashar I felt at ease and comfortable.
He always shows me so much kindness as do all the staff there, the receptionists are wonderful and the nurse is truly amazing!

Dr Bashar is an outstanding doctor. Not only does he have great knowledge and expertise, however he is also lovely to speak to and treats you as an individual rather than a number. He’s never rushed me out the door like previous doctors have, and always takes times to listen to my concerns. Sometimes there may be a slight wait on the day, but I would expect nothing less from a doctor who is so thorough and compassionate.

Dr Nora is so caring and compassionate-I feel I am not seen quickly and out the door - she is thorough and a lovely lady.

De Bashar is the best doctor I have come across, very understanding and he explains everything thouraghly,the receptionist is very friendly and helpful,and so is the nurse.

Despite having a messy start to my day, the nurse, Jodie made sure she gets my iron infusion done. It was very professional of her to have acknowledged the importance of me having it done ASAP. With her nice and caring personality, I had a smooth experience having my very first ever iron infusion. Jodie and Dr. Bashar were regularly checking on me which was really nice of them.

I have been a patient here for 12 months. In that time Dr. Bashar has really helped me manage my long term chronic pain as well as monitoring and addressing general health issues. Dr. Bashar has done so much more for me in 12 months than my previous surgery did in years. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Dr bashar and his team are incredible. I have been going there for years and they are very welcoming and accommodating. He never rushes you and goes out of his way to ensure you are being heard and your needs are being met. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend Dr bashar and his wonderful team.

I recommend this GP to all of my friends and family, and anyone seeking a recommendation. Dr Satit is fantastic, efficient, and does his job very well. If anyone has ever found a hard time finding a doctor they want to stick with, look no further at Dr Satit. Jodi was an absolute joy! I was feeling very nervous and anxious about my appointment but she quickly settled those nerves and made my experience an enjoyable one. She is great at what she does.

I can't praise Dr Satit Vechvitvarakul more highly. This was the second time I visited the clinic to see him. I walked in as I had a sliced finger. He immediately saw me, even though he was fully booked, and gave me 5 stitches right there. Very neatly done! The last time I saw him was for a broken toe (I'm very accident-prone) and, again, he looked after me quickly, organised x-rays and gave me advice on how to proceed. Finally, I've also had a phone consult with him and he took a lot of time to answer all my questions. I'm pleased that this is a bulk billing clinic and I'm very happy that I have found this gentle, friendly and attentive doctor.

Dr Bashar and his medical centre, all DRs and staff, are very professional and helpful at all times. My experience here with myself and my daughter at this medical centre has been the upmost helpful and professional service at all times from Dr Bashar and his practise. Dr Bashar has always taken extremely good care of myself and my daughter at all times and any time in need. I attend this clinic on a regular basis, and I wouldn’t be coming back regularly if I wasn’t getting such important and excellent professional care. Dr Bashar listens very carefully to what you tell him, he makes notes in the system, and recommends the upmost professional health practitioners for referrals. Without this, and the high level of experience from Dr Bashar I don’t know where Myself and my daughter would of been with our health and we’ll being. I would also like to add to this review, how professional all Drs, Nurse, and reception/admin staff are at this clinic. And I note: If Dr Bashar is every busy or unavailable, his Drs, Nurse and staff will go above and beyond to look after Drs Bashar patients. I highly recommend Dr Bashar and his medical centre/practice to all. And please be patient with him and all his staff as they do get very busy, and will see you as soon as they can. We can't praise our Doctor enough at this practice but my experience today has disappointed me in a very harsh way. I made today's appointment about 5-6 weeks ago, that's how long the wait was. Because my husband and I got covid the other day we were unable to attend so changed it to a tele appnt. Our 9.45am appnt didn't come around until 12.40. Very unhappy.

Dr Bashar is a very good and professional Doctor. He always goes above and beyond for his patience and is very understanding of your condition, and will always do what he can to help his patience. He is very busy at times and we all have to understand this and be patient with him as he can only do so much. He tries to see every patient as soon as possible, and try and look after everyone. Dr Bashar has been my family Doctor for many years now, and I would go any where else. He has looked after me so well, and always gone above and beyond. Dr Bashar has very good staff, all his receptionist including Zana, Tami and Marisa are all very helpful and very careful and also go above and beyond to help all there clients/patience. Dr Bashar also has very good doctors on site, that have also helped me very much if Dr Bashar is ever away or unavailable. I recommend this Medical Centre to all, doe to my high level of great experience and service.

Dr. Kiratikorn and Dr. Satit are very helpful, taking all details and so polite. My 5 yrs old daughter and I couldn't thank them enough. Also we could do phone consulting.

I have been a patient of Paradise City Medical Centre with Dr Bashar since the 9th day of April 2015, and am still a patient of the Wonderful Dr. Bashar Adulrazak. What a stunning Gentleman, kind, considerate, devoted,the most amazing friendly service from all of the reception Team at Paradise City Medical Centre, situated next door to the Pancake Parlour in Surfers Paradise Gold Coast Highway. The most devoted, kindest Team Dr. Phon, Dr.Nora, Dr Satit, but the entire practice is so kind, heartfelt rapport, genuine people devoting their lives to assist the unwell people, at all times 100% perfect service.
Bookings are on line and over the telephone with walk ins also.They operate 6 days a week Mondays to Saturday night, with Sunday off. Parsee City Medical Centre is the BEST practice on the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise. I was one of their first patients and even today the service, the smiles, the polite Team including RAN Paula are exceptional.
The Team operate in the most professional way possible.The Centre caters for revery body and with Dr Phon, a wonderful Lady Doctor.My total life is in their hands and for that I must express my sincerest appreciation to each and everybody on the Team at Paradise City Medical Centre.
