Friendly staff who assisted me her name Leina and she was knowledgeable and helpful with the particular make up products I required and half price deals were on compared to other chemists. I appreciate the parking that’s available and if there isn’t any available then there’s a carpark just and across the street. Thank you Aleina (hopefully I have spelt it correctly!) you are so friendly and Chemist Wharehouseis very lucky to have a great staff like your self!!!

Best chemist in the area, very friendly and helpful staffs. Always there to assist and recommend which product to buy.
Parking quite small but there are more spaces on the street so it is okay.

This time I can say I love it as the staff Aisa, genuinely help me look for the things that I needed even she was busy. I had some experiences on other staff that will just point where you need to go and made me feel that they are busy.

It a good place to do the shopping however at night one of homeless man sleep there hence they should take initiative to help this gentleman coz he is the one guiding the shop

I’ve recently bought this perfume and absolutely loved it all thanks to the helpful staff member Lida who assisted me on my purchase even when she was busy and took the time to explain the scents of the product, its price and also helped me with other purchases, very pleasured with the customer service and my products!

Gotta give props to Lida, she absolutely knocked it out of the park with her perfume taste. Came in to just have a look and ended up buying to gift boxes of perfumes. 🙏

Very big facility, nicely organized. Plenty of parking outside. I went there for my flu shot, they helped me do my shot 1 hour before the appointment as I arrived early. Great people, all of them helped me. I ended up buying more stuff. Prices were also good.

Very hardworking staff even when short staffed. Definitely need more people at the registers to help out the ones on the floor - I’ve seen them run up and down so many times poor thing. This old security guard is abit too much sometimes lol but I guess it’s okay if you’re not doing anything wrong.
This chemist always have what I want, best prices and the pharmacy has such a nice vibe. Love coming here when I’m in the area

I’ve never had any trouble with anything with this chemist. Been going here for years, Very good customer service, good communication skills. Waiting time is average can’t complain there it’s a popular chemist.

Great store but limited parking

I've shopped here for a number of years. Click and Collect orders are always packaged promptly. Vaccinations, too, are always simple and speedy. I even needed to reschedule a booking on the day of the vaccine, and a quick phone call was answered by a terrifically helpful staff member who let me come in earlier.

Big thanks to the pharmacist Timothy for helping out my mum with making multiple official pharmacy receipts! I know that the pharmacy is really busy and it’s not the top priority of the pharmacist. It is really appreciated! Keep up the good customer service 🙂

Excellent experience. The pharmacist I met today was very friendly and helpful, and so too were the other staff I spoke with, which is fairly rare these days. They really seemed to enjoy helping customers. I'm definitely going back there. Thank you to the very efficient and courteous manager Nasreen, and thank you, Chemist Warehouse, Fairfield.

Excellent service from the only pharmacist on duty tonight for sorting out the RAT test for international travel. He was really busy but managed to get it sorted quickly. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you so much and appreciate it

Excellent customer service and an extensive range of products. The pharmacist Cam was very professional in giving me guidance on hair loss products. Alan was very friendly and charming (fathers lock up your daughters around this one). I will be back~~

Id give 10 stars for Charlie. My daughter represented with mozzi bites n she had allergic reaction. He jumped to hero mode. He treated her with ice pack and antihistamine on the spot. Hes an angel❤

It is a big chemist. It is hard to find parking as there are many cars to want to Park there for the chemist. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help the customers. I recomend that chemist for the variety of things they have there. Although, I can not honesto say that is cheap, certainly is a big chemist. And the staff deserves a 5 stars.

The best thing about my visit to them is their good dealings with customers and permanent discounts
