My experience has been fantastic. They are friendly and the service is great. My daughter and I go together. I get my hair done every 4 weeks and look forward to going in each time. I highly recommend them. Husband and wife are an amazing team. I absolutely love my new hairstyle. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fabulous service and very very happy with my hair .
My hair was damaged and dark brown I walked out with soft blonde hair in one session.
Sorry don't know his name but the bald guy done a wonderful job and wasn't afraid to say my hair wasn't nice when i walked in i appreciated. the truth .I'm a ex hairdresser which he didn't know there is years of experience behind him and very very well priced .Thank you again highly recommend

Ignore any low reviews, this guy is a very good hairdresser. He is meticulous with his work. Best blonde foils I’ve ever had and beautiful cut to suit my thick heavy hair. I had previously gone to a local salon with a 5 points and great reviews and got the worst cut and colour of my life.

I had a great experience. Husband and wife team really friendly and are great colorists and stylists. Affordable price. Lovely clean surroundings I will definately come back when next in Surfers

Had my hair done in curls for a wedding. My hair looked lovely and my hair was still pretty much perfect the next day. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

I can’t believe I haven’t been there before! The owners are lovely and better still they are brilliant hair dressers! It’s my forever salon now.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Siebel did my colour, cut and blowave and she was amazing!! Very professional, attentive and lovely. Thanks for my lovely new locks!!

Sam did a brilliant job on my hair colour with a good price. I was from out of town and on my visit it was clear that Sam is a professional colourist with a regular following who were popping in on tight timelines and he managed them beautifully. Great care and full hair advice given.

I read some of the comments and I was really nervous when I realised I had sam by what people had wrote, let me tell you my experience was absolutely brilliant I had a bad experience 2 months ago...Sam fixed the colour mess was absolutely fantastic...gave me price upfront he advised me he was going to fix and fix it he did...all I can say sam is a magician...I found him helpful friendly and funny...highly recommend

They did a great job for a great price. The owner has many years of experience. Honestly, I tried to leave because I saw the bad reviews and he asked me to give him a chance. I'm happy I did because he and his team did so well. I can see the comments below about communication and I think you have to accept that English wasn't his first language but he was lovely to me.

I cannot recommend Sam's Renaissance Hair Salon high enough. 10/10 or A++ would be insulting. If you can't say the same statement about the salon you visit, call Sam immediately!! Sam excels in Women's hair but guys he is hands down the best for Men's cuts as well. So ladies, stop 'settling' for OK hair days and call Sam immediately - and bring your man along for an appointment too!! 2 Birds, 1 Stone. I visit this salon every wk. Im very fussy with my hair as it is naturally dark and it is extremely hard to get a nice blond colour. I have visited many salons and It is one of the best quality and best priced I have been to. and very fast service which I love as i am very busy business woman. I get many comments on my colour and blow dry since visiting this salon. I recommend it highly.

I love it here, I come weekly to get my hair straightened and also cut and coloured as required.
The place is new, always clean and tidy and centrally located.
The staff do an excellent job, are we super friendly and accommodating with your needs and time restriction. You will be safe in their hands!

Siebel is the best.thanks for cutting my hair so beautifully that everyone has complimented me since then. It's very rare I go to the hairdresser because I often end up unhappy and angry. Sam and his wife do the best colours and cuts! Very well priced and they always fit me in! Free 2 hour parking in Surfers, great little salon with personalised service!

I had a keratin straightening treatment at this salon, was a little hesitant because I couldn't find any reviews on this treatment here... But glad I did it anyways. Very friendly people, great prices and my hair turned out amazing 💕

Great place, I use to get my hair done at Pacific Fair, however I found this place where the service is much quicker and the price's way cheaper than most of the places I use to go to on the Gold Coast. I am also so much happier with getting my colour done here as the staff are very experienced with blonde hair!!
