McDonald's Southport II

I do not go to McDonald's often so when I do its a mediocre experience, but that was not the case on Monday. I was met in the drive through but a lovely well-spoken young lady named Sophia. Not only could I hear her clearly, I also received the most helpful of assistance with my rewards code. Not to mention how fresh my food was but from what I saw was the fantastic cleanliness of the work environment.

Will certainly come here often.

I recently visited McDonald's in Southport, Gold Coast, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The level of customer service stood out from the moment I entered. The staff was not only efficient but also friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

This McDonalds has improved a lot. Really clean and tidy environment and my chicken wrap was so nice. Happy

They were fast. They were accurate. They were professional. They were friendly. All that despite the fact that they were hella busy! Car park was full, drive thru was full, inside the restaurant was full, and still it took less than 2 minutes from where I ordered to when I drove away smiling!

The Burgers are always hot, fast and look identical to the ones asvertised. Perfect if you love consistency.

Food was ok. It's Macca's. The young kids working were really friendly and smiled. Nice to see. The dining room was a bit unclean. All Macca's are the same now. Not what they once were

When your food is all there and received hot with a smile.....5 stars is a must at fast food restaurants

My experience at Ferry Rd McDonalds last week was spectacular. Within 0.5 seconds of entering the drive thru, a friendly voice greeted me asking me what I would like to order. I placed my order and the worker went out of her way to assist me with everything I wanted while keeping it efficient. As I rolled up to the window, I saw a worker named ‘Georgia’ with brown hair greeting me. After a long day at work, it is so refreshing to be treated with respect and kindness by a worker. I a truly touched by my experience and I reccomend Georgia to everyone as she made my day.

Service was great and fresh salty chips were bloody delicious.. burgers were all correct and we smashed it 😋

The patty’s here are actually the best I’ve ever had. There’s no cashier all card based and self serve but they are pretty quick!

Coming regularly in this store makes me happy and the day starts always perfect with delicious toast and coffee. Jess is amazing, she remembers my orders and always smiles.

Very small restaurant but things are way above standard for a maccas. Very busy though

The young staff Tom is a outstanding staff member he took our order brought us our food and cleaned the table that was already clean great asset to Macs i even went up to manger to let her know:)

Typical maccas with friendly and efficient staff. Located next to a service station and parking difficult should you wish to dine in. Drive thru easy to navigate

The ordering experience is seamless. I have beem here many times to order customised coffee and other meals. The cusotmer service team is professional and ensure the food is preapred freshly and on time

Came in for the 5.95$ Big Mac small meal but I guess the deal ran out yesterday…. They still hooked me up with this deal!!!! LFG beer extra beer money

No complaints which is always a good thing nothing like going to the Burleigh heads restaurant where the manager was an absolute joke. Asian girl for the record.. nothing racist at all.. just didn't want all managers to be in trouble.
