Went in today with my son who was searching for a pair of shoes for work, the young lady who served us (Hera G) could not have been more helpful, even with a shop full of customers she kept the service up to everyone. Her knowledge was great and she was able to recommend shoes that suited his feet (he normally has trouble finding comfortable shoes). I hope Management read this, as you have a real asset for your company in this young lady. AAA+++ CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had the best service at Florsheim, Harbourtown this afternoon. Was only going in for a browse & the lovely lady that served us showed us the deal they had. Got hubby a new pair of boots & a pair of shoes $100 off for me. She was awesome as my size wasn’t in the store, delivered to my home in 2-3 days. Great service!

Amazing service from Krystal, I rang through with an issue with some shoes i bought from there, she said to bring them in, when i got there she had a new pair in my size up on the counter ready to go! she was so helpful and friendly, attending to a really busy shop by herself at the same time. Exceptional customer experience that i didn't think existed anymore! Thanks Krystal.

I have now made Florsheim Harbour Town my go-to for shoes because of the effort the staff put in. I needed a new pair of loafers for work & was greeted with the attentiveness you would expect in a high end fashion store. Not saying the products aren't of high quality, they are, but the customer service is impeccable 👌.

Went in to the store yesterday as I had a pair of my favourite boots break. Not common as I have owned a few pairs of them. Without any prompt whatsoever I was offered a replacement pair, with exceptional service from Krystle. This is precisely why I can't see myself purchasing any footwear for work elsewhere. See you when I am due for the next pair!

Good deals and offers a bit limited on variety

Worst customer service ever.
We usually buy my shoes from Florsheim and have been for many years as I have an extra wide foot and love your shoes for comfort. We have shopped at your Harbour Town store and always received excellent service, we usually have our miniature dachshund with us and it is always very welcome in the store.
However today was a totally different experience and quite distressing.
We entered the store the sales assistant was at the register and did not even lift his head, totally ignored us. We continued to look for walking shoes in triple EEE. We were discussing the shoes and walked around the entire store, no other customers were in the store as it was early. The assistant did not move from the till or lift his head. I had to approach him because I could not find any size 10.5 EEE. He was extremely rude and said no that is an American size and got a pair, I then tried the pair he got from the store room. My wife put our small dog on the seat as I tried them as she was getting heavy, something we usually do without a problem. He abruptly told me to take the dog out and went to the counter to get wipes and proceeded to wipe the seat as I was sitting on it. He then proceeded to follow us out of the store saying people are allergic to dogs. I then questioned his ignoring us and he lied saying he had greeted us when we entered.
I then walked out and purchased shoes at Merrill which I am very happy with and received great customer service and our dog was welcome.
Your sales assistant was so rude and poorly dressed in a singlet and scruffy jeans with untidy hair not like any staff I have seen in any of your stores.
This was extremely disappointing as Florsheim was my go shoe store.
