This was quickest and easiest shoe shopping experience, even for a difficult shoe customer like myself. Linus was very helpful in choosing a few pairs of shoes that perfectly matched everything I asked for and were a perfect fit. He was very patient and helpful while I tried them all on and took my time to decide on a pair.

Went into other stores looking for shoes but they seemed too busy chatting amongst themselves rather than help customers. Walk into Asics, the atmosphere seem more relaxed and shop staff came to us. Linus helped with our shoes and the advice he gave was spot on. When paying Nicole was also very happy and answered all our questions. A great experience. Thanks

We had unpleasant experiences at a couple of other stores at Harbour Town, where the staff were not interested in helping us. The lady at ASICS, (sorry, didn’t get her name) was very helpful and spent time helping us choose the right shoes.Great to have excellent customer service.

I went into this shop for the very first time last week. To be honest I had never heard of Asics as a brand before but my son told me to try and buy walking shoes from here, so drove an hr to get there. I am so glad i did.
I had Katie serve me (red haired lady) and had the best customer service i have had for yrs. She helped me pick a good pair of walking shoes that suited my feet and explained everything as she went. Initially she wasn't even meant to serve me as i couldnt find anyone to serve me so walked up to her to get help. She was already doing something else but stopped what she was doing when she couldn't find anyone else to help me.
Complete asset to this store. Please don't change the way you treat the customers Katie, excellent service!
Also i am very happy with the shoes that i ended up selecting and the price. Bargain.
Will most definitely be back and will spread the word.

ASICS harbour town is a bit small. But they have some good deals. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of staff, so it was easy to get help. They were happy to check for extra sizes out the back of the store. There is a wide range of kids and adults shoes.

Very helpful & thoughtful experience. Alice was knowledgeable & could not do enough to help me make the right choice. Price was also a bonus. Thank you.

One of the staff is very supportive and helpful, he spent 30 minutes with me to find the most suitable running shoes for me. I don't know the name but he was tall and thin

Out of all of the sport stores, Nike had the best customer service. There were 3 different female (Brazilian or Spanish) workers who knew their stuff and came up and helped me at seperate times, they were so friendly. Enjoyable experience. Go there if you want eye contact, great customer service and friendly advice.
Nike customer service was ok, registers were average. Under armour was the worst customer service.

I had the pleasure of Nick helping me out with my shoes today! He was very thorough and gave me a detailed report on what sort of shoe I needed to start my running journey on being fit! I've never had an experience like this in any other shop, it was very personalised and professional, an experience that left me feeling confident with my purchase walking out with no second thoughts!!
