Ms Margot's Bar & Eats

Very nice cocktails here and very friendly staff. Apart from fun and a bit noisy bars also just in the centre of Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise, we chose here to enjoy our cocktails in super nice, small and quiet place. It was located inside Hilton hotel and it was not busy at all. Their signature cocktails are $22/ea and classic cocktails are $21/ea. Highly recommend to try all of their signature cocktails because all of them were so great. We tried 4 of them and was so impressed by the taste. Love it so much.
However, the toilet there is just for hotel customers, so you can use the one in Paradise Centre which is a short walk from the bar.

A very nice Cafe in the foyer of the Hilton Surfers Paradise. The food is fresh and well presented. It is the perfect balance of tastes, without being overwhelming. The staff are friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive until you leave. The food is a little over priced, but you are paying for the service and convenience. Meals are ready quickly and there are a range of seating options available.

We had the best dining experience thanks to our server Victoria who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They fully accommodated my partners allergy to nuts and gluten, making her dinner a stress free experience. The kitchen staff were also fantastic, serving delicious meals and dessert! 10/10, would definitely return again.

Very pleasant location, in the Hilton Hotel foyer. Nice coffee. Great escape from the business of the main streets of Surfers. Staff very courteous.

Good location, I like coming here because it’s nice and clean. All of their cups and glasses are clean too. They make good coffees as well.

The service at Ms Margot’s is amazing. The day I visited they were understaffed yet the server was most attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The food was beautifully presented and delicious, it looked so good people from other tables asked what I was eating.

The tables are kept immaculate and clean and the location is excellent.

Great food and cocktails. Excellent selection of tapas style share food, from bao buns filled with the crispiest chicken, crab or confit pork. Haloumi fries (yum), fried squid to antipasto, pizzas, and Dessert arancini. The Gluten free brownie is worth the calories! The cocktail list is exciting, with splashes of creativity. Try the miss margorita which is a clever play on a frozen margarita using sorbet. If your not too into cocktails the Sailor jerry has a nice balance of sweet and sour. Also of note is great range of Sydney brewery beers available on tap but also as a tasting paddle (the summer ale is on point) Great place to meet with friends share some great food and drinks.
