We stored our belongings here for 13 months during our downsize and relocation. This place makes storage easy. The trolleys are big and move smoothly. The lifts are spacious and the whole facility is clean and feels secure. Parking is undercover which means loading and unloading is easy whatever the weather. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. As our needs changed it wasn't a problem to move to a smaller space which reduced our costs. All in all an excellent experience.

Lisa went out of her way to help us chose the right storage space for our needs. She also assisted us with the purchase of our moving boxes, tape, paper etc. They have just bought back all of our used boxes and credited our account to come off next month’s storage. Couldn’t be easier. We absolutely can’t fault Kennards South Port and would highly recommend them to everyone. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Lisa is always there to all the help you need.

Great storage facility. Lots of different sized options for your storage needs. Nice big lifts to accommodate all goods and the trolleys are nice and big also. Storage prices are reasonable and the staff are extremely helpfully and professional. The storage lockers are alarmed and you can access the facility 24/7. You can also get boxes and packing stuff.

This Self Storage have return ship method Parcel Point dropp off as well. You dont need to label anything, they do for you. You just have to bring pack in box. So handy and much more easy than goint to Australia Post.. So nice and easy for parking as well. Well done...truly friendly recommend.

Would recommend this place to anybody in need of safe storage in a modern and clean facility. Lisa is plesant to deal with and honest, upon vacating I did not notify yet Lisa called me the next business day and asked if I had vacated and offered me a refund for the days not used. 24hr access is very handy too.

From the minute I entered Kennards Storage Southport, I was impressed by the interaction with the staff, they showed me around and all the options open to me, I selected a storage area that best met my needs, I signed contract and gave my credit card details for direct monthly debit, I was particularly impressed by the security system, you require key pad entry and exit to the car park with your private PIN code, I emptied the store area and removed the padlock one morning, before I could contact Kennards to notify and cancel the contract, they proactively contacted me, told me they had just conducted security check walk through the facility and observed my padlock was removed and store was empty, the asked me if I wanted to terminate, which I confirmed, within an hour I received email confirmation and notice that a credit has been processed to my credit card, I have no hesitation in recommending Kennards Southport, great management Team and Staff !

Special call-out to a Kennards Southport manager Lisa for a professional job looking after my gear for the last 21 months (and team member Catherine too). Kennards allowed my lock to be cut in my absence so the removalists could start the 600km move.

Can't say enough about the fabulous complex. Very modern and security like Fort Knox. Clean, pest free and dry. Good lunch-room/TV room with vending machine and clean toilets. Spacious and professional office/showroom. Good parking and access for all the people coming and going.

Lisa and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had the space I needed for the best possible price. Very efficient admin with the whole thing being set up in just minutes, and regular check-ins afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything. The facility is kept immaculate, and security is first class. Couldn't recommend highly enough - first class!

Kennards Storage at Southport have been excellent throughout the 18 months that I stored my goods there. Lisa in particular has been extremely helpful & accommodating on a number of occasions, especially when I was interstate. On completion of my rental, the balance refund was processed 2 hours later. 10/10 service.

Staff are brilliant. Setting up the first time they went above and beyond to help. This was quite a while ago. Since then it's pretty much set and forget. Renewal is a breeze. I access fairly regularly and it's always clean, tidy and well looked after and by all observations secure and safe. Happy to continue using.
