Rutledge Family Medical Centre

I have been a patient at Rutledge since my pregnancy in 2022. My obstetrician was Dr Amy Daly and I cannot sing her praises enough. Amy is a phenomenal health care professional. She is extremely thorough and proactive. Through a stroke of good luck she delivered my daughter via an emergency (as planned of an emergency as you can get) C-section at the QBN hospital at 37+5.

Today, I called Rutledge early as my (now one year old) daughter is unwell. They managed to fit me in; within 15mins of my phone call I was in the office, speaking with the doctor. I saw Dr Vishal Arya. Again, he is an amazing health care professional. We’ve seen Dr Arya a couple of times and every time I have felt confident he has listened and really cares about delivering quality care to his patients.
These are just two instances over the two years I have been a patient at Rutledge and are not isolated events. I am consistently impressed by the staff there.

Dr Arya specialises and has an interest in Skin Cancer, Women's health, shared pregnancy care. Procedures like Vasectomy, skin cancer excisions, Mirena, Implanon, Ingrown toe nail resection, tongue tie release and mental health services.

Ensuring the client is getting the support and treatment best suited to them, is one of his specialises. He ensures you understand treatment plans and informed about your medical treatment, options and procedures. His open to new technology and unusual circumstances.

I highly recommend this practice. They have been very supportive of my health needs since my first visit earlier this year following a significant health crisis. While they are incredibly busy, and dealing with the impositions of the COVID crisis, all of the staff - doctors, nurses and receptionists - are always friendly, helpful and take the time to provide excellent care. Here, they treat you as a person, not as a number, and for far less payment than they truly deserve.

Great doctors and nurses! Saw Dr Jeannie Ellis for my pregnancy, she was fantastic and truly cares about her patients. Have seen Martina too, she's also lovely! The nurses have all been amazing and so kind to my little one when he needs his vaccines. The receptionists are hit and miss, although they have definitely improved since moving to the new location. I just wish you could book appointments online because it's so hard to get through via phone.

Not a patient but arranged for my covid vaccination.. although they were a little behind they were very accomodating and the nurse (Ros?) was amazing at giving injections didn’t feel a thing.. thank you for helping the local community ❤

I was booked in within the hour of ringing today as I had a late request for something that I needed to get sorted. By using the Hot Doc App, it was very convenient to look up right away. My request was fulfilled by Dr Mansoor Ahmed in a very friendly and efficient manner.

Highly recommend Dr Davis, Dr Sarah Jensen and all Team members. They are all very welcoming and friendly. The centre is always clean too.

Awesome doctors, awesome nurses and even more awesomest reception staff, nothing to complain about here except other patients that get abusive when doctors ring in sick and can't work. Love this place just wish I didn't have to visit it so much.
