I purchased a vehicle from Luke family motors and was thoroughly impressed by the men working there. no pressure sales tactics and a very relaxed atmosphere. I was free to inspect the cars I was after at my own leisure and drive them for as long as I wanted before I settled on a purchase. They have also taken care of me with great after sales service, very good communication. I have experienced terrible service from other dealers before and this was a real breath of fresh air.

Just bought a 2015 Volkswagen Polo with under 80,000kms from James and Chris at Luke Family Motors. The car was clean and in great condition, with just some minor panel damage. I received a discount to get it fixed through their recommended repairer, which was a big plus.

James and Chris (the two brothers who run the business) were fantastic. No pressure sales tactics here! They were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions honestly. Plus, their extended warranty and roadside assistance options were well-priced, so I snagged a 5-year deluxe warranty and 3-year roadside assistance package for peace of mind.

Good car dealer and very pleasant to deal with.

We had an issue with our car that we could not identify. Both Chris and James tried everything to resolve the issue. After weeks of mystery and countless new parts we finally narrowed it down to an electrical fault.

We can't thank the lads enough for all there hard work and patience. We can not fault there customer service always on the other end of the phone when we called and a friendly chat in the yard.. We would have no heitation in recommending them to a friend. Great guys.

Great place to buy a car. Excellent communication and great selection of cars. No pushy salesmen in suits trying to sell and upgrade. Very happy with the Subaru I bought through them , price was very good. Be sure to check them out. More like buying a car through a private sale ( but with warranty options) than buying through a pushy dealership.

Great dealership, have bought a couple cars from LFM now and the boys really looked after me. They seem to always have an awesome range of cars in the yard. They were also very happy to answer my questions and gave me some great advice.
