ONE THE ESPLANADE

Judy and Chris were wonderful hosts and the apartments were lovely. Had fantastic views of the oceans, within walking distance of Cavil ave and shopping. Judy was great and helped us to book theme park tickets . The children loved the pool and quick access to walk out onto the beach. And bonus there is a night market on the esplanade on wed, fri and sat nights 4-9. We will definitely be back. Air conditioning was fantastic.

Clean and well appointed apartment with views to die for. easy access to everything from the beach to shops and anything in between. Handy underground parking, a nice pool, friendly staf, it has it all. Almost. Missing the vibe and the point. Great for solitude seekers.

We’ve been coming to One the Esplanade on and off for about 15 years now (whenever there’s availability). Whilst a little bit further out from Caville Ave, the walk there is a pleasant 5 mins. The absolute beachfront is very special and the views are magnificent. All apartments look out directly to Caville and the beach. The two apartment, #23, we got this year was spectacular. Bright, large, clean and well appointed. Judy and Chris are wonderful managers - wealth of knowledge and always obliging.

Impressive view from the moment we stepped into our 1 bedroom apartment which had huge sliding doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the coastline. Apartment was neat, clean & tidy. Pool & BBQ area very well presented. Management very friendly and helpful. Great location. Lots of things within walking distance. Will definitely go back.

Unbeatable views... Hands down one of the best views in Surfers Paradise... Situated right in the sand and a couple minute walk (2 blocks only) to Cavill Avenue and the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Excellent management as well, spacious apartments and a nice pool, or step through the gate by the pool area, right onto the beach.

We got perfect view of city, coastline as well as Q1. Walking distance to surfers paradise and pacific centre. Pity that we will leave before the aircraft show, otherwise we can enjoy the great view for the performance just from the balcony. Judy is also very friendly to welcome you, share travel tips, even book tours for you.

when they tell you that your right on the beach ⛱ they weren't kidding I had an absolutely amazing experience at The One Esplanade in Surfers Paradise! The breathtaking beach views were truly stunning and the proximity of the building to the sand was unparalleled. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the one-bedroom unit with its well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and sizable bathroom were truly impressive. I particularly enjoyed the added luxury of Foxtel on two TVs, which made relaxation even more enjoyable. The convenience of being just a 3-minute walk away from numerous cafes, local shops, and restaurants added to the overall appeal of the location. I fell in love with the place and without a doubt, I'd choose to stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, large and very well equipped, beautiful views and within walking distance to Cavill Avenue and lot of restaurants. Night markets are held 3 days a week within easy walking distance and well worth visiting. Chris and Judy the managers are such friendly welcoming people and will help you with booking tourist attractions or entry to Q1, such a pleasure to meet them so if your planning on a visit to Surfers Paradise I highly recommend staying at One The Esplanade.

Wow, just wow. being close to 50 I have stayed in many hotels, including overseas, but THIS IS THE BEST VIEW I have come across. We stayed on level 14, the view was breathtaking. The hotel is beautiful, stayed at the Superior one bedroom apartment. Judy and Chris really friendly. Don't hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed. Just a few minute walk to everything. Even a 3 minute walk and you are at the surf club for an affordable, easy lunch with beach views.

Very nice and clean two bedroom apartment with views to die for spanning the whole coastline in both directions. Very short walk into the main city center, trams and all amenities. The pool/outdoor area is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Will be staying here next time for sure.
If you're after a quality apartment with some of the best beach and city views that's only a short distance from town and is beachfront then this is the place.

Located on the beach front right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Such an amazing place. The pool is perfect for lazing away the day and being right next to the beach is an added bonus. The view is spectacular and an easy walk to central Surfers shops and tram to Pacific Fair.

We stayed on the Goldie for 7 days loved loved loved it. Thought I wanted an ocean view .. had to change plans to accommodate a family member. . Got a 2 bed on 5th floor.. views straight up the strip. 700 mtrs from central Surfers Paradise shopping presinct.. great for entertainment and people watching .. 2nd bed looked right down the beach. . Was just lovely.. rooms and bathrooms very spacious. .well appointed and furnished. .. congrats to the owners on a lovely venue. . Just planning our return trip. .

Gorgeous accomodation and very friendly staff! Best stay ever! The view is just breathtaking, room was clean and tidy and just amazing!!! Definitely staying here again! My partner and husband felt like we were a part of the family, not just visitors😄

Just finished a week at One, The Esplanade, and cannot express how much we enjoyed our time. Everything about it was brilliant. We stayed on the 9th floor on the Ocean Side of the building. Views to die for. And despite being so close to everything was super quiet. We will definitely be back. Love, love, loved it! Thanks Judy and Chris...communication was brilliant.

Absolutely loved staying here. Don't want to go home. The gentleman on Reception is super helpful. Will be coming back sometime. Unit 39a was well appointed, comfortably furnished with enough kitchen stuff for us.

Stayed here several times. Right on the beach. Central to everything. Lovely spotless apartments. Jude &. Chris amazing hosts. If you stay anywhere else you will be disappointed .

The best possible location. How much I love sitting in their balconies overlooking the beach with ta glass of wine. The best price as well.

If you looking for the best views of Surfers Paradise this is the place. Minutes from Cavil Ave and is the only accommodation literately on the beach. Will be back again. Thanks Judy & Chris who were great hosts.
