Bisou Bakery

I enjoyed a nice afternoon tea at this bakery. I had a very good experience.

Coffee was very nice, had a slight caramel flavour to it. And the French Vanilla Slice was fresh and scrumptious.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Service was prompt. And the atmosphere around the Fresh Food Court was surprisingly pleasant.

We recently spent a week in Surfers and went to this Bakery 3 times! Food is fabulous, had breakfast twice and also tried their vanilla slice ... AMAZING! Coffee is fabulous too, loved the mall it is in, really worth the 10 minute walk from the beach!!

Had the pleasure of sharing breakfast with my husband here recently.
From our order being taken by a lovely staff member to the food being delivered to our table quickly and correctly the visit was amazing. We shared a couple of items and the flavour and freshness was on point.
Unfortunately we do not live local but would highly recommend to anyone wanting to treat themselves with a lovely meal

They do this pineapple cup-cake thing with frosting and a decorative floral on top. I tried to eat it politely, a small opening bite, all civilised like, but it immediately disintegrated in my hands. I was concerned this was because it was too dry and therefore crumbly. Not so! It was so moist that the cake could barely retain its form and I had to scoop it out of my container piecemeal along with the frosting for I had not asked for a spoon. While I ended the experience with sticky fingers and frosting in my moustache, I'll never not buy these little cakes and I encourage everybody else to try them, although if you can't wait until you get home maybe ask for utensils.

Their sourdough also rocks.

The food is beautiful! Vanilla slice is just out of this world 🌎 customer service is consistent good, people that are always smiling and are quite helpful if you ask many questions about ingredients, etc like me.

The best bakery/cafe on the Gold Coast, everything’s fantastic. The coffee is excellent and the vanilla slices are legendary, we also enjoyed the ham and cheese croissants.

Excellent coffee and friendly service. Great croissants and outstanding sourdough bread. Personally, I absolutely love their pies and sausage rolls. It is a fusion between the concept of a pie or sausage roll mixed with the French obsession for excellent taste and ingredients. Truly remarkable!

I met the owners at my own family restaurant and they invited me to come and try out their bakery. I finally got around to it today and it was Devine. Beautiful display, amazing service, clean and tidy environment. Well done guys. If you like coffee check out ESPL coffee in surfers paradise too 🍴💙

Beautifully prepared and presented dishes.

The Breakfast Stack and Breakfast Burrito were very filling and great value.

We stopped here for cappuccinos and a piece of extremely delicious vanilla slice today. This is a gorgeous bakery that sells both savoury and sweet dishes. The staff provided excellent customer service. Our cappuccinos were well made, hot and very tasty and the vanilla slices were delicious. Plenty of seating available.

Booked a couple of tables for my coaching clients to meet up for coffee and network. Bianca and her team were amazing. Service was impeccable. Nothing was a problem. On the back end of covid it was great to be able to support a wonderful local business. My clients had a fantastic time. Will be back again.

When the birthday cake I ordered from another patisserie decided to tell me on the day of pickup that they were unable to supply my order, The staff at Bisou did everything they could to help me put something together at extremely short notice. I really appreciated the effort, A vanilla slice cake which looked nice and tasted nicer.

If you’re looking for a lovely atmosphere, delicious comfort food and lovely service. Bisou is the place. Prices are good for the top quality food.

My partner and I did a road trip through NZ for 3 months and made it our mission to try a pie in every town/city. Even after all those pies, I can honestly say that THESE were by FAR the BEST pies I have ever had!!! We now drive from Mermaid Beach just to buy them. So delicious!

It is a very good bakery. Coffee super tasty and a delicious croissant. We also had a banana bread, we loved!! There are plenty of options and the place is super cozy. Recommend this place!

Amazing! My girlfriend is coeliac and the staff went above and beyond to make her a meal that she could eat and it was delicious. Great coffee too. We will definitely be back! ☺
