As someone with multiple chronic illnesses I have to access GP services quite often, I am unfortunately a regular at Sundale medical. However despite how stressful it is being so chronically unwell, Sundale medical always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.
The ladies at reception are absolutely wonderful, so kind and accomodating and always patient with me when I get overwhelmed with all my appointments or if I mix something up. It is really important as someone who has no choice in accessing health so often, to have a good experience and to feel safe and comfortable.
Sundale looks after me, remembers me, remembers my name when I come in … the little things make living with chronic disease so much easier.
Dr Gregg is amazing and has been looking after me for the better half of a year and has been incredible supportive, professional and thorough in his approach to my care.

My husband and I would like to thank the Practice Manager and Dr Kim for the service we received when I had fallen over in the shopping centre and split my chin. They were very calm and professional very friendly stayed back to help. This all happened 27th March. We can highly recommend this practice.

My daughter had an extreme pain due to an eye infection. Being a Saturday morning, I first rushed to 24 hour clinic in Southport where there were no Dr.'s available at Noon due to their reduced staff !!
Thereafter my wife checked with Sundale medical and luckily an appointment was available with Dr. Hameid, a thorough Gentleman. I must admit, he made my daughter feel comfortable, did all the tests diligently and reassured her. The meds prescribed showed remarkable improvement in a short period.
Overall a perfect practice when it comes to patient care.

Its very professional medical bulk billed clinic with convenient location and available parking! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I could not recommend enough Dr Olga Missiouris who is very professional, very knowledgeable, caring and patient! She is also speaks both English and Russian languages. Thank you so much!

Google review on behalf of my mother: Dr Bhangoo is an excellent doctor. He is very caring and attentive. For example, I booked in an appointment to get a medical certificate, while at this appointment the nurse also checked my blood pressure and booked me in to do a blood test. My english is not very good however he always explains things to me simply so it is easier to understand. Dr Bhangoo truly takes care of his patients and ensures the highest quality service. Also, the nurse is very helpful and friendly and reception staff are patient.

Amazing practice. The receptionists are always helpful and Dr Mayada Zaki is incredible. She is the best doctor I’ve had - genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of an issue. I’ve recommended many friends and family to her.

Discovering this centre & the care of Dr Zaki & nurse, Janine, has been the greatest godsend as I negotiate my illness. Their genuine support & wide-ranging expertise regarding holistic health has been so refreshing & an integral part of my healing journey. I can't recommend this centre & these incredible professionals enough!

The most appropriate word I can use to describe the service here at Sundale Medical is EXCEPTIONAL!! My Doctor, Dr Hamied, is a genuine, thorough & caring professional ... he is also a super cool and friendly bloke. The reception staff are likewise wonderful and nothing ever seems to be a problem. I am most definitely a super happy customer and would absolutely recommend Sundale Medical to anyone.

I have used Sundale Medical numerous times and have found them to be an excellent group of people. The doctors I have seen are compassionate and caring, the secretaries are helpful and the nurses are kind and gentle. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have nothing but praise for this Medical Centre, especially Shereen and Denise. I had suffered 2 cancer bouts, open heart surgery and on release a heart attack. Moving into the area, I was basically a new client with a list as long as your arm to deal with.. My problem with my open heart surgery followed by a heart attack, which fell week of Christmas Eve, these girls and Dr Bhangoo and other doctor, could not have done more for me.
The pain was horrendous, they all (especially Shereen) had put me at ease and had everything under control organise home visits daily with nurses and doctors over the Christmas period.
I cannot thank them all enough - when you are in a situation like mine, anxiety sets in and you need someone to ease your mind.
Thank you ALL at the Centre - 2 thumbs up Guys ....

I've noticed a lot of reviews are for THE MERITON, NOT THE MEDICAL CENTER.

So the reviews are being skewed which isn't really fair because I have found the medical center to be absolutely fabulous. The doctors are very friendly and accommodating. Great online booking system, bulk billed, do not have to wait long to see someone. Thank you for your great service.

Dr Sadek Hamied has helped me in so many ways and is very kind and caring.

Staff are exceptionally caring. Very professional and great to deal with. The Practice Nurse Janine is amazing- cant recommend her highly enough.

All the bad reviews here are for the hotel. Everyone at this medical practice are absolutely wonderful. Helpful doctors, a lovely nurse and the girls on the front desk are lovely too. Would highly recommend

The doctors are lovely (well, the two I've met so far are). They bulk bill. And they know their stuff. Cannot recommend them more.
