Really convenient location! Rooms were clean, staff were wonderful!! The building pool was quite busy during school holiday but other than that we had a good experience

i booked this place really last minute without doing proper research of the streets and ive never been to goldcoast so i just wished my luck. it was sooo much more than I expected it to be. I loved it. To the point I did not really tour goldcoast and just stayed in the room....I booked riverside this time. I will try the ocean view next. I loved how it was right next to woolworths... and really the safest area of the streets I think. The only downside is that the reception office is not on ground floor, so if you are alone, you have to walk up the stairs with the 20kg bag. I was okay, but if you have a person who is not able to walk up stairs, this is not really the best reception office to go to......

It’s the second time my family chose to stay in the service apartment in Hilton Surfers Paradise for holidays. We booked the suite the first time via Hilton booking center, and luckily this time from Holiday Paradise in Booking.com. The price was much much better for a similar family suite with the astonishing and beautiful view of beach just in front of us, and the service was warm and efficient. They answered all the questions even about the hot spots to visit very promptly and recommended the travel agents for the kayaking and whale watching. You can see the pictures that made one of the best travel experiences for my family. Besides, the check-in process was so fast that we didn’t have to wait in a queue in front of the counter, but just key in a given pin to get the room key in a small secret box in the reception office. Holiday Paradise, highly recommended!

Staff there were very friendly and informative.Nice ocean view. Spacious and clean with a kitchen and Laundry. Perfect for a family. Checkout was easy too just drop keys off to the same office no rush it was 11am+ until we checked out actually felt no pressure. Stayed in other hotels some holiday hotels require a 10am checkout which was a bit pressure there, not this one, big thumbs up. Beach is just 5 minutes walk. Evening and morning beach was so beautiful. Lots of swimmers even it was a bit cold water. Did not see anyone fishing there if you plan to go fishing Surfers Paradise probably should not be the spot. A few awesome restaurants near the beach. Highly recommend Hurricane while make sure you make a reservation with them 1 day before. “

Checkin was very easy. Holiday Paradise office is just next door to the apartment building. Staff there were very friendly and informative.

Seems most of their holiday apartment are in the same Hilton building. There was a free parking spot with the apartment which was helpful since parking in the area seems expensive. Nice ocean view.

I always stay in one of those apartments when visiting the Gold Coast. Great location and convenient in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Spacious rooms offer paranormal views of south pacific. Well maintained apartments are also clean and tidy. Great experiences with staffs as we enjoyed their professional and friendly services throughout.

Amazing location right in the heart of Surfers with an absolutely stunning view. Very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend getting up early for the sunrise. Apartment had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and the spa pool was great. Will definitely be back again

We are from Bali Indonesia and needed to be assured our canal home we booked would suit our needs as we were celebrating a very special 90th birthday for our Matriach Dulcie.

Sure one or two things were wrong with the property but any comments or complaints were acted on where possible and certainly any leaving comments were taken on board with respect and understanding.

Amazing ocean views from our Apartment on level 36, convenient location which was close to everything, Ideal for a group of us..loved level 2 the pool and bar area. Highly recommend. Great hostess and awesome service from the agency.

I have been in Gold Coast many time but I really enjoyed this time and all because of this place it’s just right middle of the all the shops and fun places. Very clean and roomy apartment just a block away from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Amazing views from the apartment and staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you!

it was a great vacation. fantastic view, overlooking the beech and the gc city.
having all kinds of food nearby, loved the icecream in front of woolworth
room and the bed are comfortable, watching the sun rising up from the balcony seat with a cup of coffee was also great
check in & out using an interesting mailbox system was a little plus

Holiday Paradise really gave us a value for our money. The apartment at Hilton was very well kept and it had wonderful view.

The team was also very efficient and quite responsive.

Beautiful view, convenient, friendly staff with nice service, restaurants are just nearby.The best part is late check-out at 11:00am.
We will definitely come back here again at our next stay.

Apartment was very clean and as exactly we expected. Great hospitality from Mona and the team and great communication from the day we booked to the day we checked out. Highly recommended and would book with them again .
