Café Veloce

Cafe Veloce has become a regular go to for a coffee and sandwich on the way to the bus stop. Perfect coffee evey time, and the staff always remember my order. The Asian man at the coffee machine (I believe he's the owner) is always friendly and chatty, and takes pride in his product.

Definitely the best coffee in Riverside Plaza.

Just passing through Queanbeyan we had a drink and snack at Veloce. What a treat! I had a thick shake made and flavoured by gelato, inventive and delicious, so much so that I must leave my first food review ever. Ryan’s offbeat and quirky humour enhanced the experience. What a surprise for a cafe in a shopping mall.

Have been to this place not often but as often as I can, as they use the ONA coffee. The staff are ridiculously friendly always patient and despite not being a daily customer they know my order and are always positive including through COVID. Absolutely recommend this place they have coffee, food, ice cream a good all rounder! Ryan and crew keep up the good work!

Perfect full-strength espresso, made with an Ona coffee blend!
The barista listened to what I wanted, asked a couple of questions, then extracted the sweet-nutty arabica flavours you normally can only dream about.
It’s a clean, fast and tasteful little coffee bar in the shopping plaza’s food court.
The coffee’s at least as good as the best I’ve found across the border in Canberra.
I’ll be back. Often.

Since the closing of Expresso room. I haven't found a cafe in Canberra besides Greenhouse that did a half decent coffee. But it's nice to finally have a local cafe using the same coffee. Best coffee I've had in a while

This is my favourite Queanbeyan cafe. It’s just a little place in the Riverside shopping centre but the service is fantastic, friendly, efficient and the food is always fresh.

I always went to Michel's for my coffee, but it recently closed down. Thankfully, I discovered this place, and the coffee is great.
