Jaiee and the whole team were really helpful, she took the time to find out what I needed and helped to guide me on what I should be looking for. Very knowledgeable, great customer service , no pressure and gave me a great deal on the mattress I purchased.
And their delivery service was so good, nice friendly guys, delivered was within the time frame they advised the day before, we have a steep driveway but was no problem for the guys.
I highly recommend Bedshed Alexandria.

Went to buy King single bed today and was umming and arrring about delivery? Cause on a budget. The lovely man Tony offered to drop it off for me on the house, as he was delivering a mattress 5 min from my home. What a champion!! I mean who does that!?? Especially these days!! So I had to put in a good word as this really blessed me!

We were served by Jaiee, who was very helpful and informative. The deal provided to us was comparably better to other providers, and we were very happy with our experience.

My partner and I were looking to purchase our first mattress together and had no idea where to start. Bedshed was the first store we went to and Chris was absolutely fantastic. He spent over 40 minutes with us explaining all the different types of mattresses and answering all our questions. He was not pushy at all and genuinely wanted us to choose the best product for us. We ended up visiting a few other big name mattress stores and none of them came close to the service we were provided with at Bedshed as they were pushier for the sale and did not take the time to explain what were were laying on.

We ended up going back to Bedshed and purchasing a mattress from Chris as we were confident in his expertise and knowledge. The price was also extremely competitive and I highly recommend to anyone.

We have had wonderful experience with Deb and her entire family, the best services from Bedshed, from sales to delivery.

We were really impressed with the service delivery where their staff went above and beyond to ensure that the dates and time works well with our schedule for delivery, which made the customer service experience tops one of the best.

We went back and purchased two more beds and other bedding accessories.

Caitlyn was incredibly helpful with her in-depth knowledge of the different product ranges. I appreciated her relaxed but informative approach, which seemed to be the norm for all their sales staff.
If you are looking for somewhere with a wide range of quality products without the pressure to hurry up and buy something, I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Great service, these guys deserve business! I walked in needing a bed delivered to my new apartment in less than 7 days, and I had it in 5, I was truly astounded. Jeff served me and was very respectful of my budget, my needs and my tight timeframe. From end to end it was great service, even the guys who delivered the bed were super friendly and efficient. It felt pretty daunting buying a bed for the first time in 15 years. We were served by Deb who was really friendly and super helpful without being pushy in the slightest.

After making a quick phone call to this store and having a really helpful conversation, we went in to check out the beds on display.
The staff / management were extremely helpful (we were helped primarily by Deb but Chris and others were there and supportive too), they were very knowledgeable and - most importantly of all - patient with us!
Our new bed was delivered and installed in rapid time.
We could not be happier and definitely recommend this store.

Chris and Deb are awesome. Were super helpful when picking out our new mattress and when our chosen bed was going to be delayed due to issues outside their control gave us a refund with no hassle.
