Chemist Warehouse Beaumont Hills

I have refused to use this branch due to a 60 minute wait last month for my pain medication for bone cancer!
For enquiring why the wait I was sneered at and told to be patient 😬?
My body cramped up and I had to endure an hour of immense discomfort,they just don’t care!
Today I was driven to this branch due to my pain to drop off my prescription and was given the run around,the chemist,who I could barely follow with her poor English and masked,attempted to explain that due to the regulations on the drug they will take a while to process!
I was fine with that but the demeaning attitude is unreal!
I said that no rush today as I can wait for them to process and I will not wait but collect on Monday 🤧!
I’m sure they will purposely make sure that I’m given the run around!
So sad that I’ve seen this branch decline over the months🤔

This shop runs early morning until the late evening, which has saved me many times from buying urgent medicines.

Plenty of various medicines, rapid process in providing prescription medicines, and good quality of customer services.

Also it is fully understandable and even acceptable to experience slow response from working staffs as they are usually very busy.

It is because advantage - the good thing is the shop still opens late for around communities to provide patrons with a good quality of product cost-efficiently - which outweighs minor things!

The shop was crowded today and I needed a medicine urgently. The staff were very nice and customer friendly and helped to fast track the dispensation. I would like to mention staff named Chandanpreet, who was excellent, moreover, the staff did a follow up call to ensure I reached home safely.

The staff here are really good ! Shootout to the chemist, who helped us get the correct medicine ! It's open till late night and has ample parking available too which is great !

Out of all of the previous visits, today I was impressed with the quick, efficient & helpful attitude of front counter staff "Linda N" who helped to retrieve a lost receipt and also a special mention about Pharmacist "Timoor" who replaced my lost medicine as well as updated the system. These 2 staff are simply amazing Legends 🙂🙏👍

Great customer service and has a massive variety of items for my 4 year old son who has Tourette’s and they really helped us find anything we needed, I will definitely come again

I ordered online for a certain product and received a confirmation email. Shortly after, I received another email explaining the item was no longer in store, despite the item showing that it was in store. I called up and spoke with staff named Emmanuel who suggested he'll take another look. He located this product and held it isolated for me until collection. The customer service of what Emmanuel fixed was amazing as I was in need of this product. Thanks again Emmanuel, keep up the great work (:

I was servared by a guy with a buzz a while back he looked kinda middle eastern damn he was fine and 10/10 customer service found exactly what i was looking for
