Purchased a new hiace through Canberra Toyota. Throughout the process, I dealt with Samuel. He was great to purchase through, made the while process a breeze, the communication was on point and he explained everything thoroughly along the way and when I picked the vehicle up. Genuine bloke who I would for sure purchase a vehicle through again or recommend anyone to do the same.

We are very happy with our new car and extremely impressed with Tarun who was always willing to assist us, showing great patience as well as a thorough knowledge of the new features we are learning. Also thanks to Lisa and the team.

Had a simple warning signal problem which was dealt here easily and professionally. Staff were willing to listen and give us “the time of day” unlike 2 other dealerships who were all about making money than providing service. Thank you very much as we can continue our trip now with peace of mind.

We had a brake issue and just turned up unannounced at lunchtime to see what they could do. The service staff and mechanics were both professional, courteous and friendly. My wife and I were very impressed with the way we were treated and the way they addressed the brake issue immediately and without fuss, with the car back to us in under two hours. Extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from the spare parts area about a month ago. A team member even walked all the way to my car from the service desk (i was way down the street) because they didn't want to sell me the wrong wiper blades for my car if I had none genuine blades (they wouldn't have fit). Turns out I was trying to buy the wrong ones. I was really impressed with their care and the gentleman who assisted me.

I was very happy with my recent visit to Canberra Toyota Fyshwick. I went to take my car in for an ACT Roadworthy Inspection in the morning. The staff were very helpful and have managed to streamline their servicing admission times. Upon pick-up I noticed they even gave the interior driver and front passenger seats, footwells and dash a quick vacuum and wipe down as part of the inspection. Overall, I was very satisfied with the Canberra Toyota Fyshwick service and staff.

GREAT service!!! My husband and I came back from the States and planned to buy a Corolla. We needed the car by 13 Jan for my husband's new job. The general manager Don arranged a delivery for the car met our criteria from Sydney once we made the deposit on 2 Jan. Don arranged a car for my husband so he was able to drive to work till we got our our car. Kim at the dealership helped us during this process. Such a sweet lady!

Daniel Knox in parts was excellent help. 10/10 I would definitely receive a firm, warm handshake from him again. Would recommend shaving more thoroughly though as his moustache is quite off putting.
2022 update - A new contender for excellent help, Scott Wellsmore, has entered the chat. Excellent help, good phone manner and knows how to shape facial hair. 6/5 would recommend.

My wife and I just bought a Toyota Prado from Canberra Toyota. There was a worry about delay due to stock shortages but the car came just over 3 months.
The staff were all very friendly, they kept up updated throughout the process.
The car is amazing and the price was very competitive.

This dealership is excellent. I cannot overstate how well I was treated and how helpful they were. I was in Canberra for work and, ahead of a nighttime road trip back to Sydney, noticed a headlight globe blown in my Toyota. I rang them at 12.30pm and made the normal silly noises such as "can't I just come in and you replace the globe in 2 mins and I be on my way" and the person on the phone (Lindsey?) was extremely helpful and explained everything with great courtesy (they had some staff away, need to book me in through the system etc). She made a few calls and before I knew it, I was told I could drop in straight away and it would take an hour. All went smoothly on arrival (attended to straight away, very friendly - thank you Colin!) and then they discovered that they didn't have the right bulb in stock, but could get one brought over but I couldn't collect car until after 4pm. They were very apologetic and I left the car with them. At 3.45 I received an SMS that the car was ready, I collected at 4.30pm (again, all very friendly, quick and helpful) with no cost (warranty) AND they had washed my very dirty car. My 'regular' dealership in Glebe is always great - but my Canberra experience was awesome and I can't commend or thank them highly enough! If you have a Toyota and you live in the ACT, these are the people to go to.

I brought a new Kluger from Toyota Canberra a year ago, where they gave us the best price compared to anywhere else. There have been a couple of issues however, the staff have gone out of their way to make sure that everything is right giving us the time, courtesy cars etc to help out. It's very much appreciated!!!

I purchased a new vehicle less than 12 months ago from Can Toyota which I am happy with however there has been a few niggling issues with the vehicle and I've had to take the vehicle in a few times over the last few months and looks like we've got it sorted now. I have to say, not only have Toyota honoured their warranty, but the staff at Canberra Toyota have always been friendly and professional and gone above & beyond to assist me every single time. I would definitely buy again from Canberra Toyota and have my vehicle serviced there as I have been made to feel like a truly valued customer, particularly after sale, which is rare indeed.

Efficient and friendly service. A waiting area with tea and coffee facilities is provided for customers where they can avail themselves of daily newspapers and magazines in a comfortable lounge setting while their vehicle is being serviced. For those who do not wish to have tea or coffee , cold bottled water is also provided as part of the service. Great job, Toyota Fyshwick.

I recently brought a used car from Fyshwick Toyota. Living in Sydney and with Covid-19 restrictions in place I thought this would be an impossible task after seeing a car online. I rang and talked to Geoff one of the sales team at Fyshwick Toyota. He walked me through the vehicle, describing any minor chips or marks, including the history and servicing that was all conducted by Canberra Toyota. He negotiated on price with freight to my door in Sydney. The vehicle on delivery was outstanding. An extremely positive experience. Professional from start to finish. Staff are friendly and efficient. The car is ready at the time specified and all items on the invoice are explained. A courtesy car is available if required, and the whole process is easy.
