Physio Inq Wetherill Park

Great service and friendly family atmosphere. Came to these guys at low point due to constant pain and no answers from anyone.
From the first phone call with Grace in reception all the way through a 10 week program from Changy they have been amazing. Always made me feel valid and focussed on helping me.
Highly recommend to anyone needing any sort of physio at all.

I normally don't write reviews but this place deserves 10 stars. I have been seeing John for about 2 months. I have had long standing chronic problems for which I have seen many practitioners but John has been the best by far. Extremely patient, educating and experienced, I feel well cared for with him. The appointments and cancellation process is super easy and the practice does not push for repeat appointments like many others. In fact, John provides knowledge which is invaluable.

I had my peroneal tendon repair 5 months ago and wasn't walking for 3 months. After seeing John i am now on my feet. He is very professional, educated and patient. To think i was very nervous the first time i came in he made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. Definitely the best physio and all the staff are awesome too. Made me feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

When booking an appointment I had excellent service from the person on the other end of the phone - she wanted to know my exact problems so that the physiotherapist could better prepare for our care. I had Jasmine as my physiotherapist and I really felt like she looked after me. I even received a check up text from her a week later - it really shows the level of care you receive from the health professionals at Physio Inq Wetherill Park. Physio isn’t cheap, but they really make the money worth it. The clinic is also well maintained & organised. I would definitely recommend!

Super friendly team, always helpful with any questions I have. The clinic is so comfortable and welcoming. Frankie was really helpful getting all the niggles out of my back and transparent with his treatment plan and communicated everything perfectly. Thanks guys!!

Chris Chow was my Physiotherapist, and he helped me out so much, I was there prior to the initial lockdown in 2020 and we continued our sessions through the Telehealth alternative while I was stuck in lockdown.

The whole team is extremely delightful, especially their receptionists, Grace and Nicola. Was always nice to have a chat with them everytime I came in for my appointments.

After being involved in a car accident I needed physiotherapy. Thanks to Stephen I feel so much better today and I’m more confident about doing the workouts I need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them

I had so much pain on my left arm and neck I was not able to turn my neck or lift my arm this was due my sitting posture at work within 3 visits I was able to move my neck side by side and lift my arm over my head. Frank also showed exercises I was able to do at work to reduce the pain I was having between visits . I so happy with the service I continue to visit Frank to prevent any further injuries. The whole staff gives you Fantastic service always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. I have recommended their service to my friends these people are professional and the know what their doing!

My experience at Wetherill Park Physiotherapy was fantastic. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic and the most important aspect, helpful. The physio at the clinic, John, had excellent techniques along with a motivating attitude towards my interest and recovery. It didn't take long until I was recovered. I would recommend Wetherill Park Physiotherapy to anyone that is in need of rehabilitation.

Went to get my lower back pain checked out and treated. After a few sessions with Francois and a few remedial massages - my back pain was completely gone! Friendly guy and him a long with the team made me feel very welcome!

Do not judge a book by its cover (as I sure did)!

Having sprained my ankle severely, I was desperate to see a physio for immediate treatment. A quick google search led me to Wetherill Park Physio. The website was very user friendly which allowed me to make an instant online booking for a Physiotherapist (Stephen Nguyen) that was available on the day. When I saw the online profile picture of Stephen, my thoughts were that he was a graduate young practitioner with little experience, which gave me lack of confidence.

When I turned up to the clinic, the practice was located inside a residential property. I further thought to myself that this practice could be dodgy.

However, it turns out that I was greeted by the loveliest down to earth receptionist as I walked in. She was so helpful and friendly and welcoming, which turned my first impressions around.

I was treated by Stephen who also surpringly turned out to be quite senior and experienced. He saw me on-time and paid good attention to my ankle injury. Stephen is a good listener who showed a genuine interest in getting to know me as his patient. He took the time to understand my injury and come up with the best method to treat it before I travel. Stephen was really caring and gentle.

From experience, I think it’s hard to find a physio with a warm heart these days.
Stephen advised me to use crutches for my ankle but I think I’m too cute for crutches. However, I will take his other advice to wear winter boots during my Singapore trip to protect my ankle (and so that I can stand out from the humid crowd).

I definitely would recommend Stephen’s Physio services to family and friends and continue to use the generous referral program they have, as I now have confidence in his services. I’ve also learnt from this experience to not judge a book by its cover!

I would highly recommend Wetherill Park Physiotherapy. John places great attention to detail during his assessment. He accurately diagnosed my injury and provided me with effective treatment techniques. John discussed the importance of my ongoing rehabilitation exercises and how it will prevent injury reoccurrence. 5 star review for John and the staff at this excellent practice.

Seen a couple of physios in the past but John has been the best. Walked me through what was behind my injury and suggested exercises that actually worked. Provided answers to all my questions and was extremely patient and attentive. Great clinic, with no waiting time. Thanks for all you help. Unbeatable treatment.

I've been going to see Francios for my ACL injury and he has done wonders to my knee. I've got near full range of movement compared to before. The staff are very friendly and professional in what they do. I would highly recommend everyone to this practice.

Well presented rooms, great advice, excellent service, friendly caring team members and professional development in rehabilitation. I gave a 5 point star on the basis of only having gone to maybe 6 sessions, presented with pretty much a full body injury appart from head. Also treated hernias aswell. Great combination of pain, exercise and only in time which we all know is precious. Healing back to full capacity will be slow but if I work hard, it will happen.

The clinic is very easy going and they work around your time as much as they can. Also, Dr. Ibrahim has the magic hands which makes the place the most ideal clinic to go to. I am very pleased with their services.

A VERY professional, friendly and knowledgeable service, by the staff at Wetherill Park Physio.
1st time visit was 3 yrs ago and due to an injury came back to them again in 2017 and still onboard.
The centre is easily located with onsite parking and staff always greet you with a smile and always happy to assist when needed.
Highly recommended!

After having partial knee ligament reconstruction only 6 months ago, I am feeling better then ever, my rehab went smoothly, the physio's were encouraging and extremely help full! I wouldn't be where I am today if It wasn't for this place and their team!
