Helpful, reliable, and reasonably priced.
While they can't fix everything on my Jetta, they do a good job on what they do know, which is most things.

Great service and always willing to help. Second visit and both times I was well looked after. Will be back again to service my camper trailer.

Good old fashioned guys, good old fashioned service. No pretenses, no hard sells, but if you want VW experts in the greater ACT look no further.

My Vehicle has been serviced by this company for many years. They have always been very happy to take the money to service my vehicle, but recently when asked for a copy of my service records ( and being promised I would have them within a week on several occasions ) they have recently said that my service records have been lost and they are unable to send me anything. My advice, if your wanting to use a mechanic that actually cares about customer service, I would carry on walking, there are better options around the corner. Do a google search and get peace of mind by dealing with a company that actually cares.

*BUYER BEWARE* Never ever buy or use them for anything. They’re liars and incredibly dodgy. Can’t believe they’re still in business. Makes me sick that I know first hand how bad they are.

Had Timing belt Kit replaced. the timing belt failed causing major engine failure. the belt had done 60000kms and service interval is 105000kms.
He told me he would not help out to begin with saying the part was out of warranty. He then changed his mind and said he would give me a small amount towards repair costs. I took the car elsewhere to get fixed. I sent him an email and called multiple times and still have not seen a cent. he told me the belt and kit was a reputable brand, and multiple mechanics have told me the broken belt is not that brand and even went as far as saying the belt may not have even been changed in the first place (we will never know) the cost of repairs should have been covered under Australian consumer law, as the part was not fit for purpose (confirmed by ACCC, but I would need to go to court if he didnt want to sort it out as they cant enforce). the owner stated that the part had not been maintained correctly and should have been tightened every service even though it has a spring tensioner which automatically tensions. VW Australia even said no maintenance was required at service just a visual inspect to ensure belt was in good condition. 100% would not recommend these guys to even service a toy car.

Seem to be skilled but watch out for the hourly rate of $128 for trailer repairs and excessive hours.
