Great quality, great tiles

Bought some mosaic tiles for a small kitchen job. When I went to use the tiles I discovered that almost all of the sheets of tiles had damage. I was told that I needed to report any damage within 2 days of delivery and they wouldn't give me a refund. But their warranty page says you have 14 days to report any defects. Who inspects every single tile for damage when they get a delivery? Don't buy tiles off these people, they are shonky and they won't honour their warranty.
