St.George Branch Queanbeyan

Popped in on my lunch break to pick up a debit card as for whatever reason they cannot post this to you. I entered the place and it was dead with just 1 person inline in front of me. I thought great this would be a quick process. Nope the staff member in front was having trouble putting details into the computer eventually the manager came out after about 20 minutes who also seemed to have trouble. Eventually another staff member appeared and took 5+ minutes to locate my debit card. They then insisted i activate it on the terminal there which they seemed to have trouble setting up. I asked if i could activate it in the app instead like the sticker on the front of the card advised and they refused .

I went to the Queanbeyan branch for an enquiry. The help person was completely uninterested and I even caught her looking at her Facebook while she should have been helping me. I felt very unhappy with the service.

walking into that branch honestly feels like I'm walking into a morgue. It so dead and unwelcoming. The branch manager has little to know idea what she is doing and they staff seem to be on another planet. would rather dig a whole in the backyard and hide my money then step foot in that frozen hell whole again.

Worst experience, mostly staff was very rude and unprofessional, inexperienced (3 staff members was trying to print out a (last 3 years) statement 😣😳🤔 with a big attitude) trying to hide their weak points
