Got a family sized chips & asked for less salt. Texture was a bit lacking as it was not as crunchy. And they were a bit stingy with serviettes.

Really disappointed. 😔
Went to Oporto on my lunch break and got the chicken and salad bowl.
They forgot the sweet chilli sauce, the batter on chicken was soggy, the chicken was tough and dry, there wasn't much sauce on the salad so tasted dry and lacking flavour. Was a real bummer because I was so looking forward to it. 😔 I would have gone back and asked for better if I wasn't my lunch break.
The up side was they were fast, but that seems to have caused my meal to be lacking. I would have rather waited 10 minutes and get a good quality meal, especially for $16.50

Got 2 halloumi and avo bowls but there was no avo in either.

Foods are ok but customer service deffinitly not good. Couple of time had cold soggy chips even though i have asked for fresh chips.
