What an exceptional find in Bunbury! Such delicious dishes, impeccable presentation and taste was absolutely on point! Totally impressed with our dinner with the family. Sadly the establishment is undergoing a change soon as they are definitely doing wonderful things in the area. Hope to check out their new place after the refurb in March.

This was our first time at MEH and it was an excellent experience! The food was really tasty. We had the market menu and it was the best way to taste the different dishes. We would like to give our compliments to the chef and the kitchen team, as well as our waitresses who were kind and friendly and gave us great suggestions.

Best food we found in Bunbury! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
*Dishes we enjoyed: Kingfish Crudo, Cauliflower (their chickpeas were mind-blowing!), Squid, Hummus, the Gnocchi-like dish (forgot the exact dish name, ask the staff)
*Dishes we could have missed: Market fish, Scotch Fillet Steak
Restaurant closes at 11pm but last order was at 9pm when we were there so go as early as possible or you might miss out.
* According to the waitress, their menu changes every now and then.

Came here for a bit on the way down south and it was delicious. I love Mediterranean food and it was as I like it.
They have a kids menu too with the basics for the little ones.
Staff explained the menu and portion sizes well. Very polite and accommodating.
Well come back.

Each set of dishes were made with passion. Great textures and balanced flavours. King Fish Crudo was wonderful with the lavender and fennel pickels. The star of it all was the grass fed beef sirloin cooked to a perfect medium rare with a delicious bone marrow butter. Will come again

Good food, great service. The Feed Me was a moderate amount of food for two moderately hungry people, none of the dishes were very large, but we were too full for dessert! None of the dishes were particularly standouts but everything was okay to pretty good.

Gotta say it’s one of the best dining experience in Bunbury. Love the quality of their foods and very friendly and knowledgeable staffs (which I think very rare these days, so plus point).

Ordered their Chai latte - it was ok.

Their food portions are quite big so it’s nice to order and share. Left the restaurant very happy and full.

The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The service was great.

Five stars for Market Eating House!

I rang ahead (last minute) to book myself in for dinner and was placed at bar table as I was by myself (I did choose the bar table). I got half serves of my food choices and they were absolutely delicious! I had the hummus and wood fired bread and the wood roasted eggplant. I was going to try a meat dish and have a dessert but I was so full after those two. I was very impressed with both the food and the staff. They checked everyone but didn't stare or hover too long and they were very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend a visit and I will definitely be back on my next work trip to see what goodies they have in store!

What an absolute gem of a restaurant. Outstanding food, beer, wine, service and ambience. We had the market 3 course menu. All on point. The jindong beer was amazing. Just a wonderful experience all round. Brianna L provided excellent service. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Delicious food and impeccable service+ We have heard lots of good things and had to come and eat here before they closed to see for ourselves. We were not disappointed. Our food was amazing, and the serving sizes and timing of food coming out was spot on. We enjoyed the "Feed Me," which were shared plates, and it was plenty for 2. The food was beautifully presented and tasted even better.

Excuse the photos of being half eaten as it was very interesting and delightful that we dug into the food, forgetting to document our food journey.

It was a very surprisingly tasteful and enjoyable experience of this cuisine. The BBQ chicken and wood fried flatbread were fantastic! So was the Persian Dahl and BBQ cauliflower.

Wonderful crew servicing us too!

Just had a last minute New Years Eve dinner. Booking a breeze for the 5:30 sitting. We were late & they were lovely about it - clear that we had a certain allocated time but very kind. Food was wonderful. Just the right amount of decadence, freshness & variety. The French theme was perfect. Great service and good atmosphere. We love a place where you can talk & hear each other and also not feel like you have to whisper. Definitely recommend. So pleased to find somewhere in Bunbury we would happily drive an hour to eat at. Happy New Year 😊.

Wow, the food was devine. The flavours were incredible. We had the Feed Me menu, with chicken, and didn’t need desert (we even had a take home pack). Every dish was spectacular to look at, before we even tasted it. The service was exceptional - pleasant, friendly, genuine, high level of knowledge and skill. As we didn’t book and the restaurant was full, we sat at the bar for dinner and the Barman was a joy to watch. All the team were busy, but with one barman, he was flat out. However, while working quickly and never getting behind, every drink was made like a work of art, all drinks and utensils were put in their place as soon as he was finished with the item, the bar was clean and tidy at all times, he was calm and collected, and extremely humble. Thanks Market Eating House for a truly great experience.

This place is amazing!! You have to come here with friends, family or date night! It was probably one of my best meals I tried while travelling Australia. My date and I shared the lamb dumplings and lamb main dish as we weren’t overly hungry. But the dishes were very filling! And the lamb my gosh was it good and I’m not even that big a fan of lamb. You must try this place out!

Out of our expectations!!!!! All foods were good and amazing!!!!! We ordered octopus, lamb and eggplant, both were awesome!!!!! Even though I don’t like lamb, I thought that was so good and so delicious!!!!!! Will go again!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommended! The staff who wearing mask was very helpful and patient. She explained everything about the menu to me. Everything we ordered was very nice!

One of my favourite places to go for something a little fancy in Bunbury. The food is incredible. The atmosphere is unique for the town. Feels like you’re in the city or somewhere up market. Very friendly staff and high quality drinks.

Holiday travelling - Tasty and delicious with a nice selection of dishes. Wish I had more room for the octopus, broccoli and a few other snacks. It gets busy so try to book.

Excellent food and wine/cocktails list, great service and atmosphere. Definitely visit this restaurant when you are next in Bunbury!
