JUMP! Swim Schools Fyshwick

My son absolutely love his weekly swimming lessons at JUMP! Holly have always been very accommodating and all the lovely instructors are super nice and always supportive. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love JUMP, my son has done so much progress since he started at JUMP in such a short time. We came from another pool which wasn’t warm enough and my son started to hate going into the water and was apprehensive to get into the pool at all. After only few lessons he not only loves being in the pool but also goes under water for several times without problem at all and is much more confident. I am very happy that I decided to give JUMP a go, Holly and the staff are great and very accommodating, they also have make up lessons if your child is sick or can’t attend their lesson. The facilities are clean and they even have a play area with lots of toys for the little ones to play.

Great session school with caring instructors. What's a real bonus is that they offer private lessons if your child needs a bit more tuition or attention.

We have been attending Jump swim school for over a year. My daughter has progressed up in classes at the appropriate time and the small classes are really great. The pool is lovely and warm and there are heaters in change rooms for the cool months.

A really.great learning environment for swimming. The pool is super warm, so you don't have to worry about the chilly Canberra mornings. Class sizes are small, and staff remember the children by name. The pool is all about 1.2mtr deep, so no shallow end. There is however a number of platforms for the kids to stand on.

Contacted them over the phone twice in advance and notified them my son was injured can not attend the lessons. Staff seemed received the information at the time however may not record full details in their system. My son was not able to attend the lessons for nearly a months and will be more. During the time, there was no communication from the centre at all but they never forgets to charge the fees which was fair enough but they may not care too much about customer services. Hope I never set up auto payment with them. Contacted them today to see whether can cancel all booking and told by the staff at the beginning that needed to provide 2 weeks notice. I first said okay I’m happy to put the two weeks into make up lesson then ask the staff to make the following two cancelled so I do not have to pay for it. The staff then said ohh because the deduction was already done and money was already charged for 4 weeks we can not refund you. I asked why it started from 2 weeks notice now became 4 weeks? She said because it’s already charged and they can not refund me. So it’s my fault that set the way it was. I then asked how many make up I can have she told me two. I asked why it’s only two when we missed four she said I did not make advance notice. I told the staff I contacted twice and asked them to put them all to make up lessons. The staff there said “ it is your fault that you did not notify us” I asked how did you know I did not? Did you guys record your phone? She said “no”, I asked her then why.
She said “ I will need to get my boss to contact you as I felt you were aggressive”
At this point I had no choice but to hang up and ended the conversation.

The pool was okay. trainer was friendly. But the business seemed only care about themselves.
Do not set automatic deduction otherwise it’s up to them to explain their policies. And they will not ask how you kid is even if they are unwell or injured.
I’ll give 0 if I can.
