Needed to get a FedEx delivered here. They explained the process, I understood, and collected the package 3 days later. Easy as.

First I rated this shop "1 "since the attitude of the guy in the shop was so unprofessional and rude when I made a phone call to ask about if there is anything to be required (eg; authorisation letter) besides my ID for picking up the parcel on behalf of my family.

Well however, when I visited that shop next day to pick up the parcel, a lady in the shop was very pleasant and professional, so I amend the rating to "3".

Had a parcel delivered here from FedEx and while I did pick it up, it wasn't very friendly in terms of service.

Needs to update the website. It says its open 24hrs. Its not...

My package was meant to be delivered and I had another name on it which is usually okay since I'm home to sign for it.
This day I had just missed the delivery and had to go into the Newsagents to pick it up.
Since I had a different name and address on my ID (recently moved) they denied me my package.
I respect doing a job right however my phone number was on the parcel and I'd saved all info and emails regarding proof of purchase and tracking.

When I was finally able to pick it up from the FedEx centre, they informed me that I should have been given my parcel as it had my phone number on it.

I bought an opal card with $20 balance from the lady in the morning, the lady was nice. However the balance didn’t show up on the opal app. It showed $0. So i went back to the store just to ask and double check. I was not angry or upset or anything. So when i came, there’s this old guy with white hair wearing glasses that’s in the store. I asked him nicely about it and he asked me to show him the app on my phone. Since his english is very poor, I didn’t really understand what he’s saying, and he started yelling me and acted soo rudee. He even slammed the table as well. I mean, it’s not my fault that I don’t understand him, if he felt frustrated with that, pls work on your communication skill and anger management. Don’t take that out to your customer like that. That’s super super rude and unprofessional. Definitely will not be back to get anything from this shop. RUDE STAFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Overall staff was nice. Paid 7.40 for 8 pages to be printed in black and white. What a rip off

OPENING TIMES ARE WRONG. VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU GET SOMETHING DELIVERED AND YOU GO THERE THE ONLY TIME OFF YOU HABE TO PICK UP AND THEY ARE SHUT WHEN IT SAYS IT'S OPEN.

Very disappointed with this newsagency. Had a parcel "go missing" between there and home delivery by fed-ex just before Christmas. When I rang to speak with someone at the newsagency, they were very curt and unhelpful - telling me I needed to come in store. When I visited in person, the shop keeper started out by offering assistance but did not appreciate that I was asking questions about my missing parcel. He told me repeatedly to 'call the company' and would not check the tracking number or delivery. I feel like I have been scammed and am writing this in the hope that no-one else has this same experience.
