Richard is a great physio. Knowledgeable, understanding and punctual. I really like that he spends the whole time with you. I’ve had previous physios that have multiple patients across rooms and go back and forth, not really watching exercises properly. Seeing Richard was far more time and cost effective. He took the time to understand the problem and to ensure I was using the correct technique for exercises. I went from laying in bed not being able to sleep at night because of hip pain to no pain at all over the course of three visits. I can now sit cross legged for short periods of time with my little ones which I’ve been unable to do for months. I’m continuing with the exercises he left me with the hope that I’ll be good as new in a few months. I shouldn’t have waited so long to start physio and I’ll definitely go back to Richard if I have any future issues.

Michael at Activ Therapy is working with me to reduce my neck and back pain. He is professional and really listens in order to assess and understand my problems; and, then provide an individual therapy program. He has used a variety of techniques with a view to speed up the healing process. I am very happy with the service and treatment I am receiving. Thank you, Michael.

I have been seeing Dr Kevin Do after I injured my hamstrings and shoulder. Kevin was very skilled and knowledgeable. He spent time to thoroughly explain his assessments to ensure I had a good understanding of my situation. He provided me with the education and resources I needed to do to maintain/rehab my injuries. It has been a process though I have now been able to get back to doing things I enjoy pain free! I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone that’s looking for a chiropractor!

Absolutely the best place if you need physical therapy after a joint replacement, customer service was exceptional, great advice, one on one appointments, the staff their are amazing, they listen to your needs, can't thank them enough for all their help in my recovery. Highly recommend. I like the fact they reach out personally via email to see I'm doing ok with all the at home exercises to help me. Thank you again to all the exceptional staff at activ therapy. 😀

Seen Kevin Do due to my chronic knee injury. Kevin is well educated and knowledgeable about the body. He was able to diagnosed and efficiently explain the issue and come up with a resolution. Seen Dr Kevin Do as I had injured my lower back again after slipped disc. I had a great experience with Kevin he spent the time with me In explaining his process and what I needed to do to maintain my injury. Overall very happy with the time I spent seeing him and his work was very effective. 5 star every day of the week
