Regularly visit Lisa for issues with my back and neck - hands down best massage you will ever have. She goes through any issues with alignment that she finds and shows what exercises and techniques can help alleviate pain and discomfort. Referred my mother who was hesitant to go for a massage as she has suffered from a slipped disc, but Lisa provided the best experience.

Haim was professional, and provided a good massage focusing on my arms and back as requested. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Room was peaceful with good low volume background music.
Building appears a little strange as it is being renovated but once inside you wouldn't know.

The Service over the phone was great.
The warm hot blanket and the massage bed was super cozy and Catherine Giles my therapist was an incredible. I can’t recommend Catherine highly enough and I am already looking forward to booking again in a few weeks.

Great experience with Lisa. Was in Sydney visiting a friend and have been suffering from back pain since the birth of my first child. My friend recommended Double Bay Massage Therapy so I booked a last minute appointment and I'm glad I did! Lisa was very knowledgeable and significantly helped with the pain. My mum and I drove down from Cherrybrook. Mum had the 90 min Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Catherine, and I had the 90 min Remedial Massage with Elizabeth. We’re both extremely happy with our massages.

I have been a customer of Double Bay Massage for several years now. I used to get deep tissue Thai massages elsewhere for pain relief from a combination of working out and sitting at a desk all day. I converted to Double Bay Massage Therapists and haven't looked back. I personally appreciate the cleanliness, the comfort (rooms are always so warm in winter and beds are plush), the ambience (always lovely music playing). The massages are carried out in beautifully furnished private rooms in a home and not a squishy curtained-off area with lots of people around as in most other places. Catherine is a skilled and absolutely incredible therapist and her massages are my favourite way to relax and treat myself. I have a busy lifestyle, lots of energy and find it hard to relax. Catherine's lymphatic drainage massages are blissful and are the ultimate relaxation for me (not to mention the many detox and health benefits). I can't recommend Catherine at Double Bay Massage Therapists highly enough. After suffering with ongoing back/shoulder pain for months I first visited Catherine towards the end of 2019 and I'm so pleased I did. The first session made the world of difference & I now go for regular appointments to keep it under control. On top of the incredible massage itself, the premises are very relaxing, with comfortable & clean beds which even come with electric blankets for extra comfort. Easily the best massage in the eastern suburbs. I have been going to Elizabeth for over 7 years now for both remedial and sports injury massage. The rooms are lovely and clean while the treatment itself is second to none. I have never had a bad experience and have also recommended Double Bay Massage to all my friends and family.

What an absolute fantastic massage. I was in much pain when I went in en got out rejuvenated.
Usually I feel a bit uncomforteble when the massage is give by a man but not this time....the whole admosphere was very relaxing.

After a massage with Elizabeth I feel relief from shoulder pain I've had for weeks and came home with a sense of lightness - a totally sublime experience! I can't wait to go back for another one next week. She dealt with all the tensions, spasms and stiffness and I feel wonderful!
