Friendly staff, along with shopping convenience for medicines and other health related stuff, makes it a regular pharmacy store easily accessible on Windsor Road.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Very happy with the service here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile, which I find very surprising given that it is such a huge and busy Pharmacy. They always too treat my elderly Dad with the utmost respect and he is always tremendously chuffed when the girls make a fuss of him. I would recommend this Chemist to everyone.

My Aunt has been coming to this store for many years, and I am always impressed by the standard of customer service. I also like that despite being such a large Pharmacy that there is not a high staff turnover - the same wonderful ladies who have been there for many years such as Josie, Ursula and Sue Ellen as well as the kind staff at the prescription area. A few standouts that I must mention; Josie, who is always so warm hearted and sweet. Her product knowledge is so good and she always goes the extra mile to help us.
The other person is my Auntie's favourite person there, a young Pharmacist who would be about my age, Preo. He has been there for many years I believe he was a teenager when I remember meeting him first. He always so patient with her questions even when it is so busy there.
My only issue with this Pharmacy is that the prescription prices can be a bit steep at times but overall a really great place.

I've been coming here for a while now and I'm always impressed! Location and parking is convenient, it's on my way to work which is great. Staff are wonderful, including the pharmacists. There's a young fellow named Preo (sorry if I mispell your name) and he is a delightful chap! Always helpful with a smile on his face. Great place!

The staff here are prompt polite and efficient. I am treated respectfully every time I visit and would never consider going elsewhere, Comfort and compassion help us all get better quicker, that is the duty of care for a pharmacist, Chemist Warehouse Baulkham Hills ticks all the boxes when it comes to effective customer service, advice and care. Anyone local to this pharmacy should try it and then they will realise, that their service is well worth the effort to get there, which by the way , is not hard to do. Well done staff, you all do your jobs, very well. I am happy. :)

My wife and I have been regular customers of Chemist Outlet for years now. The dispensary staff are second to none. Their knowledge and understanding is impeccable. They show true compassion and treat you as their number one customer. We have a disabled child and each member of staff in the whole pharmacy regularly ask about his welfare. Chemist Outlet have a real family atmosphere. We will always use Chemist Outlet for all our pharmaceutical needs.

Much cheaper for most prescription items than at my local chemist, also very good range for over the counter products. So much to choose from and have a good specials section.

Very nice staff, in particular the pharmacist Amni who was so kind and understanding on a day that I was very upset and my child was unwell. I have made this my regular pharmacy due to the excellent customer service. Also Lyn who helped me tremendously with all of my vitamin queries and Sammi who sells me my weight in fabulous skin care products that I end up buying on her recommendation every time I come in.

I walked out a very satisfied customer.The 2 ladies ar the counter could not have been more helpful.Excellent customer service.

Get a really good deals in chemist warehouse, sometime it may not the cheapest in the market, but I would trust this one rather than online shop

Great big chemist outlet, big range and staff are always super friendly. Everytime i have visited the staff always have found me within a few minutes and made sure I could find what I was looking for. Cannot ask much more than that.
