TAREE FURNITURE ONE

I was looked after by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable about their product and installed confidence. I was looking for a 3 seater lounge chair and found the perfect one with her help. I had been to two main stores, just prior, in Taree looking and must say prices are comparable.

Not a great experience at all.I ordered a bed and was told 2 to 3 weeks wait,it has now been 10 weeks and still know idea when it will be delivered to them.Today I was offered another bed that was there for the same price ,from the two ladies that worked there,but it was not the colour I wanted.At least they tried to help,but as for the gentleman that works there,not much help at all.Now I have been told not sure how they are going to give my money back,not expressed at all.So please be carefully if you order anything, as you may be waiting a lot longer than you think.

Sadly my experience with furniture one was pretty dodgy, bad communication, stuff up after stuff up,
staff were polite and nice enough, will not be return customer!

Cathy the lady that looked after us was fantastic. We paid $400 deposit on our purchases, but then we had a family disaster in Forster and had to move toTamworth. We contacted her to see if they knew of someone that could get us the furniture to Tamworth. She said to leave it with her and she would check with her Manager. That was the last we have heard. Never mind thought we may have at least received a phone call did realise we would forfeit the $400.
