Harvey Norman Taree

I had a mobile phone issue with on older Samsung A50, it would shut down unexpectedly. The team at Harvey Norman Taree were very helpful I had decided to purchase a new phone. The advice I received was greatly appreciated, the tech assistant Kim S was very knowledgeable she understood what I needed and provided various options which provided me with a suitable solution. I happily paid for the additional technical support and left the store with a fully functional phone with all my data photos etc, on the new phone thank you very much for a trouble free experience.

Amazing service! We were helped by Jayden when purchasing our new fridge, he gave us the best customer service we've ever received. He was well dress, had great knowledge of the products and went above and beyond to fulfil our needs.
It was because of Jayden we returned to purchase more items for our house.
A great asset to the team!

I hate Gerry Harvey he's a parasite on society, however the customer service at Taree Harvey Norman is exceptional. I normally avoid Harvey Norman but the staff here are awsome compared to other Harvey Norman's I've been too. They are helpful and nothing is a hassle customer service wise.

There are two sections to Harvey Norman taree. One all electrical like TVs. Washing machines kettles and do on. The other is all furniture. Lounges and beds etc for a house. The staff are pleasant and want to help you. There is a full range of electrical eith TVs in all sizes.

After buying a TV from Harvey Norman it broke down we still had 12 months warranty left tv was deemed unrepairable the team at Harvey Norman went well beyond normal customer service to help us get it replaced I would totally recommend this store best customer service 👍 I have received

If only more stores had some one like Lachlan to welcome customers. From his pleasant smile and greeting to directing my enquiry to the right department he personifies what customer service is all about. Definitely an asset to the outlet

Harvey Norman Taree are fantastic. I purchased a fridge it fitted but hard to open because of the side opening handle I went back to them. They went out of their way to help me Even offered me a full refund wasn’t a problem they took the time to help me going through different fridges finally found one it pays to shop locally. The staff are a highlight, ive had to go here maybe 10 times because of a certain device (acer nitro 5, its andand do not recommend), but the staff are amazing

We bought a new washing machine today. A number of years ago we had a poor experience 3 times in a row with staff and stopped going to Harvey Norman. We tried again in the hope that things have improved with customer service and are happy to say they have. Luke was very attentive, knew his products and was very friendly. We will come again.

Dropped in computer for health check and ordered an electrical appliance whilst their,they phoned next day advising me that all was ready to go.Excellent service.

Had a hardware failure on my HHD recorder. Had taken extended warranty. Staff (David & Luke) were fantastic. Left with a new recorder. No dramas just extremely helpful & pleasant staff. Thanks.
