So... I went into the chemist yesterday for allergy tablets, and ended up with the BEST shoe bargain ever (as you do LOL)... Bought a cute pair of genuine leather Homyped shoes on sale at a brilliant price, plus the staff were very helpful and polite. I've been to this chemist a few times over the years, and it's always been a very positive experience. Thank you so much!

The pharmacist we spoke to was wonderful and discreet she provided so much information and wonderful demonstrations on how to use the medications when it was our first time was extremely welcoming and was so wonderful both me and my husband were blown off our feet by how amazing the pharmacist was

Called up to ask if they had any COVID-19 testing kits, unfortunately they didn't. But the pharmacist who picked up was extremely polite and courteous enough to let me know to call big chain pharmacies instead as they will have more stock and sympathised with my struggles in trying to find a testing kit. Out of all the pharmacists I have been speaking to, she was one of the most friendliest and respectful.

Unreliable and unorganized pharmacists. This is the third time that a cream made in compound chemist that strictly needs to be kept in the fridge has been sitting at the counter for a few days waiting for me because the pharmacist "didn't have time" to call me and let me know it's ready for pick up. Last time when I asked why the cream is not in the fridge as per compound chemists instructions, the pharmacist on duty started arguing with me, questioning the competency of my dermatologist and basicaly saying she doesn't need instructions because she knows better.
