Wish there was an option to rate 0 or negative stars. Someone needs to teach them what Customer Service is. Their Logistics and Warehouse Manager is just too lazy to respond to the queries and after a constant follow up he will respond saying we should not be doing our jobs of following up for him being lazy and not responding to our queries. Worst of all after a few months, instead of apologising, he will respond saying we should have queried this earlier.

If you are a business and thinking of working with them, trust me look elsewhere or be prepared to waste your time and lose your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Appalling organisation. Constantly out of stock and no way of knowing what is out of stock. Most deliveries are incorrect and office staff are completely unhelpful. Would not use again.
