Service; I have been going to this clinic for around 10 years, and the service I received has been medically sound and effective, efficient and done in a very professional manner.

Friendliness; I have personally found that the staff here, ranging from the Doctors to the nurses, the pathologists and allied health professionals are very friendly and this is wonderful, I rarely get nervous when I am receiving my diagnosis - due to the fact that I always received caring and compassionate service.

Cleanliness; This clinic is spotless - I highly recommend it for anyone.

Value for money; This is a bulk-billing medical centre - you can rest assured that you will receive medical help here, without the huge expense associated with going to a GP.

X;factor; Because of the long-term support that I have received at this clinic and alongside the allied health professionals - I highly recommend this medical centre as the first choice for all living in the Ashfield and outlying areas.

Place have good doctors. Been coming here for years.

Like everywhere else there's more demand than supply. High numbers of patients vs less doctors.
Not their fault if more and more patients are coming to this place.

Get used to the long wait times.If you can't wait try other medical centres!

I've been visiting this clinic since 2012. I've seen several different GPs' so far; I used their physiotherapist once and I use their lab. on regular basis. All of the health practitioners and receptionists are very good and kind. They still do bulk billing; also, there are some specialist offers bulk billed service which is great! I cannot thank enough for the service I've received over a decade. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been seeking specialist medical advice for over 15 years. Receptionists are polite and responsive. The various Doctors we have seen were compassionate and professional. Highly recommend this established medical centre.

My family and I have been coming to Multicare for decades. Over the years we have seen many of the GPs (though mostly Dr Markezinis). They are always thorough and helpful. We have used the pathology service and seen the practice nurses. Always very professional.

I tested positive to COVID on a Sunday. I phoned the Medical Centre and spoke to Susanne. I told her I was a patient of Dr Gerry Markezinis and asked if I could have a phone consultation with a doctor who could prescribe the approved antiviral medication.

Even though Dr Perkowska was the only doctor on duty and the Medical Centre was busy Susanne responded to my request for an urgent consultation. She transferred me to Dr Zofia Perkowska who prescribed Paxlovid for me.

I then spoke to Susanne again who said she would fax the prescription to a local pharmacy. The medication was collected from the pharmacy and I was able to immediately start taking it.

Thanks to Susanne and Dr Perkowska I experienced only mild symptoms and a reasonably quick recovery.

My regular GP of over ten years is Dr Markezinis who is always friendly, supportive and responsive.

The nursing staff are competent and efficient.

A super 5 stars for this practice, the staff are very well mannered, the medical staff even more so.

My doctor has been an important part of my overall health team, things are explained, questions answered, you get the picture I hope.

I have just moved the area and I have been looking for a GP. Tried several places and I was not happy with. A friend recommended Multicare Centre. I have been going there ever since.

Top-notch & prompt services under one roof. Always! Thanks to the lead by Dr. Gerry Markezinis. Wonderful!

Very happy with the service and care that I receive from the centre. From the receptionists the GP and the pathology team.

I went today and I was absolutely disgusted with how patients are rude to the receptionists. Yes you may wait but with limited Doctors on, you expect to wait. When I went at 2.30 Dr Simpson had not even had lunch. People need to learn respect with the staff. Learn some manners and learn patience. I would have been happy to wait for Dr Simpson to have some lunch before me but he decided to see me before eating. The receptionist was lovely and I even apologised to her for this man's behaviour, it was appalling.

I was reluctant to come here given bad reviews but in need of a new doctor I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised.

New patient form signup is done by the receptionist to minimise touch contact with pens and clipboards which I though was a great idea.

All patients are made to wear a mask in this practice which I appreciate. Patients without a mask are given a disposable one and its strictly enforced.

I asked for any doctor and was seen in under 10 minutes. The doctor was thorough and I didn't feel rushed even though I had a few issues to go through. She diagnosed my injury instantly which was previously laughed at by another medical provider. I am now able to get the correct treatment and hopefully be out of pain soon.

Clean practice and waiting room. Seem to have onsite pathology and nurse which is handy. Bulk billing for medicare card holders.

An online booking system would be my only suggestion to improve service.

Great Staff, helpful and polite, My Doctor is exceptional.

Receptionists could do with a little more training on their mannerism. The Doctors are good especially Dr Hsu, Dr Hollo and Dr Simpson. They explained everything to me and did all the necessary tests to find out what was wrong. Sometimes you may have to wait to see a Doctor but overall I have always had a good experience with the above Doctors. And its open 7 days a week so convenient for someone who works during the week.

I have been to this practise numerous times over a year now. The pathology ladies are exceptional, the wait to see a gp is always so quick maximum 15 min wait. The GPS are all kind and professional. Greatful to have this medical centre a 10 min walk away. Thank you Multicare.

I've always found the majority of doctors here to be very empathetic and caring for the patients. The nursing staff are also very competent, the physio is great and the reception team are focused on performing their job.

I think most of these bad reviews come from people who haven't spent much time at medical centres across Sydney. This place was clean. It did have a long wait time but considering its bulk billed and takes both appointments and walk ins i'm not complaining about the wait. The dr I saw was really professional and overall I was satisfied.

Can only say this is great practice and more than satisfied with the services recieved by various doctors particularly Dr William Lee.

I like this place, can book in to see a doctor who bulk bills and they don't rush you out the door. Usual wait time of 30-40 minutes and can get very busy on weekends but my doctor is fantastic

I had a great experience at Multicare yesterday. The Centre was clean and busy. Receptionists where friendly and the GPs where professional and provided a good service with what I needed.
