Great little spot on Victoria Street. We scored a cute table by the window which was lovely!

We shared Avo toast with scrambled eggs and bacon, as you can see from the photo the serving was generous! The bread they used was a silent hero, it was the perfect level of soft&crunchy.

The coffee was lovely as well, I had an almond latte.

Would happily dine here again 🙂

The vegan option for the smashed avo breakfast was huge 😮, my partner and I couldn't even eat it all. We could have even shared one portion. It's great when the vegan substitute is substantial 👍🏼.

This was such a great find on our way through Bunbury - fantastic coffee, the best breakfast I've had in ages. Lovely staff and great relaxing atmosphere. This is on our must-do list from now on!

Such a small little place, but my gosh the food today was perfect!
I had the Lunch Bowl, it was so tasty and fresh! My Hubby had the beef brisket sandwich and he couldn't fault his either, plus the look on his face definitely said he enjoyed it.
Definitely a great place to go and will be spreading the word about this little gem.

We loved our quick breakfast here. They serve "half serves" of some dishes, which was plenty for me. Coffee was fantastic. They have oat milk, great for DF customers. Service was quick & with a smile. My husband's big breakfast was HUGE, and he enjoyed the mixed juice. The decor was really lovely, stained glassed windows, hanging plants, and wooden floorboards (although I don't enjoy the feeling of nearby people walking on them, the ground shakes, but I'm sensitive to noise/feel). I would happily return, & recommended to friends already 👌

This place was excellent! Food was completely perfect with large serving sizes and very reasonably priced in light of that. Tropical Smoothie was crisp and refreshing. 10/10 will go back.

So after searching for the best breakfast in Bunbury, I stumbled across a review that mentioned COFFEE GLAZED BACON! That was enough to get my attention and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. I teamed it up with Eggs Benedict and WOW- CHICKA-WOW! Well done team. I think I’ll be back again real soon.

Consistently excellent food, coffee and service. Vibrant atmosphere with staff that are friendly and considerate. If you care how your coffee tastes, then this is the cafe for you. Not only because they have great beans, but they care how they make it. I have been to many cafes. This is the one that i always come back to. It is refreshing to see people that work there care about what they do. From kitchen to wait staff, it is consistently high quality. I have recommended The Townhouse to friends, family and co-workers who all have changed to this cafe being the regular go to.

This is a great little breakfast spot. Staff were friendly, service was fast and the food portions were generous. I ordered the chilli scrambled eggs with a side of avocado and it was a winner! I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or a coffee

Good coffee and good food. Kids version is sufficient to feed an adult too.
Yummy egg Benedict. The only small down is the butter which i expect it to be soft for easy apply, but it’s cold and hard so struggled a little with that. But otherwise everything else ticks the boxes.

Tried the Townhouse for the first time after a few friends recommended it.
It was fantastic! The food was delicious, the ladies that served us were delightful and so friendly. Would definitely recommend it and will be returning soon. 😊

Love the eggs Benny as always…. But me thinks the chef has tweaked it….. and made it even better soooooo creamy and love the new little zing you got going on there 9/10(as I’m hoping he could make it even better lol) thanks for another outstanding breakfast Townhouse!!!! Great work chef!!!! See y’all next weekend!!!

Enjoyed a brunch with my wife there on Saturday morning at 11:00 am.
Drinks were great I had a Turmeric Chocolate Andy ester half had a Chai Latte. 😋!
Good food with decent size portions.
My wife has the Spanish Beans and I tried the Green Goodness. Thoroughly enjoyed the mean and so did my wife.
Staff were very busy but still served us with curtesy.
We will go back.

We had the breakup burger and removed the lettuce and added spinach and their home made chutney .... WOW 👌
Absolutely delicious, coffee was fabulous too. This is our second time visiting and staff are super friendly and obviously happy in their jobs 😀 thanks again for a fabulous feed 100% recommended

Would definitely say this is the breakfast spot in Bunbury. Came here 6 years ago and remember being wowed so we came back. Eggs were incredible and the food was just delish. Great job guys
