My mum has been seeing Dr Caroline Davidson for years! She has been amazing with my mum. She is so caring, compassionate and will always find out exactly what is wrong. Thank you Dr Caroline!

Dr Chan is a great GP. Listens patiently and takes the time to explain what’s going on. I don’t feel rushed, feel comfortable asking all my questions. He deals with them respectfully and patiently. Explains the options, free and paid. Couldn’t ask for more than that or a better GP.

Dr Julian Chan the best Doctor i ever had.

Dr Adelina is amazing. I had my first appointment with her and she took the time to understand my health concerns and address them individually. Normally GPS are known to rush appointments and provide minimal support during appointments, but Dr Adelina never made me feel like I was taking too much time. I can tell she is passionate about giving her patients excellent care. Please book with her!

I have been attending this practice for over 9 years. Not only is Dr. Caroline one of the most compassionate and professional doctors you’ll find, her consults are thorough and you’ll never feel dismissed. Which I think is very important, particularly for mums and women in general. She is excellent with children and is very proactive with keeping up to date with medical research and training. The reception staff at Bankstown Family Medical practice are always helpful and courteous. Highly recommend

My local family doctor was not available so i booked into Bankstown Family Medical Practice as it was located near my work. Not only was i able to book in on the same day, the online booking approach was very easy and efficient. The appointment was on time and the Doctor extreamly helpful and friendly. Will definately visit again

Dr Caroline Davidson has given me great support for over 13 years with my many various health issues. She is very knowledgeable on a great many medical issues, way beyond the normal GP.
Even though I have now moved to the Central Coast I still refer to her for my medical needs and is due to my mobility problems is happy to do telehealth consultations if I am unable to attend the surgery in person.

I have had my Covid shots here and could not be happier with the service I have always receive. The nurse, Madelene is very competent and friendly. She is just fantastic with the needle - you hardly realise that you have been injected, Would recommend this family practice to anyone looking for good old fashioned personal, caring service.

The staff at this medical centre are amazing, when I say amazing I mean they go above and beyond to make you feel like like you matter, your life matters and you’re well informed about the reason you visited the practise. Madeline in particular, the nurse that administered my first dose of vaccine, I must praise for her impeccable manner and respect towards me and making me feel at ease. I hank you for it.

Dr Sorayya is so attentive and thorough. She genuinely cares about her patients and follows up on things mentioned in previous consultations. Grateful to have found such a quality GP.

Amazing service from the 2 young ladies at front very professional and engaging. To be at the front house and face of any business or establishment you need to satisfy your patients and make this first impression count. Those 2 young ladies not sure what their names are definitely were on point with their service. Then after having a few consultations with Dr Julian Chan ive found him to be very professional, precise and caring for his patient.
My experiences so far under the new management have been brilliant.

The gp I see is doctor CHAN he is very amazing doctor who has help me reach my goals with my health and weight issues go doctor chan ur man he may come across as being harsh but because of his honesty and push I’m reaching goals I would never have thought possible thank you doctor

And for the reception staff always have such big smiles warm welcoming and when in need the practice manager is always helpful and reliable

Dr C. Davidson recommended to me a few years ago. Very thorough and professional. 1st GP who requested 1 wait for 10mins post vaccination (not CoVid). Staff at reception friendly and acknowledges your presence. Kept eye out for us to ensure smooth running of appts.

I've been seeing Dr Caroline for approximately 9 years. She is a wonderful Doctor. Very caring. I'm extremely grateful for everything she has done for me .

Dr Chan was literally a life saver for my husband.

I have a neck and back pain which I went to get help from a Chiropractor. After 5 sessions my lower back is in a lot of pain so my partner told me to go to a GP first before booking the physio. I googled around for GPs and luckily got an appointment straight away.
Dr Julian Chan did my consultation. He was very thorough with my medical history, gave me advice on health issue and a referral to the physio I wanted to work with.
We spoke about 45 minutes and he's the very first doctor that I feel very comfortable with. I normally go to different Doctors as I don't have any one in particular I prefer but from now on I'll only come to Dr Julian Chan.

Dr Caroline has been my husbands and my family doctor for over 10years.
She is kind, caring, thorough in all our examinations and most importantly she LISTENS, something I find a lot of other doctors don’t always do.

Everyone at this practice is great! Dr Caroline, the receptionists and the nurse. All amazing at their job :)
