What brilliant, professional and caring service! I had 2 parcels, Christmas care packages, to go to dear friends, on different continents, in the northern hemisphere. The woman behind the counter, took the time to listen, empathise and carefully ensure both were appropriately packed and correctly addressed. Kindness and professionalism. Thank you very much.

Friendly and professional service. Always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Pole opposite to the other post office in the Oatley village which now I avoid.

The lady working on 27/11 was the rudest person I've come across in quite a while. She firstly breached my privacy and undermined me about recent documents being sent to me which I have been struggling with for quite a while. She then would not release my mail to me and lied about sending it back to the original sender to make me leave the store.
This isn't the first time this lady has made me feel stupid or unwelcome. I honestly don't want my mail being handled by someone with a complete lack of morals and simple manners.
When in such a title and handling important and private documents daily, a level of professionalism is needed. She definitely needs to get her act together.

Was home all day, did not knock at door to give card. Did not deliver package. Did not even bother to fill out card properly.

Worst customer service. Lady at counter wasn't understanding and told me to SHHH!!!!! SO RUDE!!!
