Auto1 Car Wash

The service here is INCREDIBLE! I had paid $55 for a full clean, interior and exterior. The young men did a fantastic job. It felt like I had purchased a new car. And, of course, the interior had a beautiful fresh smell when I stepped in. I am very happy to go here and I will continue being a loyal customer. Highly recommended!!!

This is the best car wash service I have visited. They are very attentive and carefully wash the car to ensure they don’t make any scruffs or marks on the car. The workers are very kind and the service was impeccable! It was such a good feeling to drop my car off before shopping, knowing I could trust the workers with it and then coming out to my car being amazingly cleaned!

These guys did a excellent job to my Mitsubishi especially the detailing inside the car e.g shampoo clean my seats after buying it recently as a Used car. Now it feels so clean.

I went in to get a detailed car wash and when I got my car back I was amazed at how clean it was!! They did such a great job with cleaning everything as I had mud stains on my seats and carpets. I will definitely come back!

This car wash place is really nice and better than the other one in Westfields. But this is my experience.

Finding the place was a bit tricky only because I thought I went to the right entrance on campbell st but I went a bit further to the other side of Westfield which has the other car wash. Now to get from there to this place you can’t drive inside the car park so we had to get out SO follow google placemark and get into that entrance. Once you get to the front gate you’ll see the signs for Auto1 car wash and you drop your car off.

Now we were in a rush as we had to leave so we asked if they could wash our car within 45 minutes which they were willing as it normally takes up to 1hr 20mins the lady quoted which on a Norma day we wouldn’t mind but we were in a rush as we had to leave to go somewhere after but they were happy to help wash our car quickly.

As we didn’t wash our car for a while we went with the premium car wash which was $55 for SUV.

Upon picking up the car, it was really well wash and vacuumed. The car even had this new air fragrance they used which smelt so nice!

Overall the experience was great and I would be happily take my car to this place if we need a car wash and you are right in Westfield.

The only minor and this is very minor was that there was some water that leaked from the side mirrors and then it becomes a stain, nothing you can do about it but maybe because we were in a rush, then you can’t really see the water will come down so if I left it there more maybe they would have seen it and wiped it up before we left. Again this is only a minor feedback but I am so happy we took our car to this place.

The people are so friendly so I hope they read this feedback and keep up the good work! I definitely recommend these guys!
